My husband and I have recently bought Mazda MX-30. Tony Hatton (the sales executive) was extremely helpful when talking us through all the options for finance and car choice. The car itself was well prepared and specification exactly as agreed. I'd highly recommend this Mazda salon and will definitely return if choose to by one more Mazda car.

After changing my battery the media unit did not work - I tried entering the activation code supplied which did not work. Booked it into Brayleys MK, expecting it to be in all day but they sorted it within 15 mins - great service - thank you

Tony Johnson was a top man when I went to Milton Keynes Dacia to purchase my new car. Very knowledgeable about the Dacia range and had my Stepway ordered in the colour of my choice. (Khaki Green) Car came in earlier than expected and on collection Tony gave me a detailed run through of all the features on my new car. Top Service all around and highly recommended by myself.

Constantin was personable, efficient and communicative in our car purchase. Both used cars in which we’d expressed an interest were ready to test drive at the agreed time, and he was very responsive to our emails.

Joe has been extremely helpful and informative showing us all the ins and out of the Dacia Jogger no pressure at all and a brilliant experience in our new purchase.

Joe was so accommodating and knowledgeable, he really listened to what I wanted, got me booked at short notice and even came in on his day off so I could pick up the car when it was convenient to me. He let me know all the options but I really appreciate that he didn't oversell anything and I never felt pressured. Danny was extremely helpful in accommodating through the entire process. No question was too small and his speed of replies to my emails was great. Danny explained everything clearly. He even offered to stay late on my collection day if I couldn't make it to the dealership by closing. Above and beyond!

We were very impressed with (Joe Fountain) the salesman who helped us with our purchase of our Dacia Sandero Stepway. Joe knew everything about the car and brand and was able to answer all our queries expertly. When we collected the car Joe gave us a complete rundown of everything we needed to know and offered us more help if we should need a return visit to go over any further queries we may have.

Kelly was open and listened to my needs during the review and came up with a solution. All in all a great experience

We ordered our first motability car through Brayleys. our dealer (Danny) walked us through the whole porcess to order the car and answered all our questions no matter how silly they seemed. he kept in touch updating us on the car we ordered and then when we collected the car he again walked us through the process and answered and questions we had, the car was just finshed getting valeted as we went thorugh the paperwork and was still having finishing touches to make it perfect as we went out to the car. Danyy took the time to sit in the car with me and go through all the cars controls with me and made sure i know i can go contact him and go back if i have any questions about the car or issues connecting devices or working all the buttons. He even arragened to have the in car screen protector left on so our son could peel if off and be part of getting the new car.

I purchased an ex-demonstrator Mazda3 Exclusive Line at the end of February 2024 from Brayleys at Milton Keynes. I was looking for exactly that year, make, model, colour, and low mileage. I saw it online on the Autotrader website and it was by far the cheapest (by over two thousand pounds) of 3 or 4 that matched my requirements. It had the lowest mileage of only 1402 miles. I rang to enquire about it and I spoke to Jason, who was very helpful and answered all my questions about the car. Initially, I warmed to Jason who came across as being helpful, honest and not pushy like some salesmen I have dealt with in the past. I told him I would have a chat with my wife and get back to him. To be honest, I couldn't really believe the price and deal for what Jason had confirmed was a near mint condition 5-month-old car. The only reason I didn't immediately buy it was that I thought something must be wrong with it as it was so cheap. A few days later I rang to confirm the purchase and paid a deposit. Jason said he would pick me up from the station if I gave him the train details. I paid the balance online another few days later and went down on the train from Wigan to MK on 5th March. As agreed, Jason was there to meet me and took me directly to the car. I was so pleased when I saw it. It was in mint condition and it was gleaming. It just looked like it was brand new. Inside was the same. Jason had ensured every inch of the car was spotless. As a bonus, there was a set of Mazda3 car mats in, the car had had it's first-year service and it had a full tank of petrol. Jason spent time to explain the things that were different from my previous (5-year-old) Mazda3. He set up my phone on Android auto which I hadn't experience. Then, we went inside and had a coffee, completed the paperwork / taxed the car and I drove home. I can't praise Jason enough. He is a credit to Brayleys. I would definitely recommend Brayleys and Jason to anyone looking for a new or near-new Mazda. I love the car and still can't believe how great my experience with Jason and Brayleys was and also the price I paid. I'll definitely be going there again for future car purchases. Thank you.
