After so many years it was time to change our car for a much newer model. Joe was extremely polite and helpful in supporting in this change. Explained information thoroughly and was easily approachable when asking any questions face to face and via the telephone.

My wife and I were looking to replace her current car. We found Joe, friendly yet professional and test drove the Clio in both pure petrol and hybrid forms. As the new Clio is a large supermini, Joe also arranged a further test drive to ensure we could get the car in our garage and get out of it! Joe kindly arranged a further test drive of the Clio Hybrid and we were so delighted with the performance of the vehicle and the customer service provided by Joe that we have now placed an order with Brayleys Milton Keynes.

I knew I wanted a Dacia Jogger but it was only till I walked into the showroom and saw it with my own two eyes did I really know how in love I was with the car, it has everything I need and more. I would also like to thank the manager, who personally took me on a test drive to make sure I was like totally happy with the vehicle. He was very upbeat and his energy was amazing he seemed more excited than I was, so thank you once again Brayleys Renault you have once again blown me away with your service.

Excellent garage. Lovely friendly staff, always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We had an update on our vehicle, took it in, had a courtesy car, they informed us later in day our car was ready and when we collected it found it had been fully valeted. Would recommend this garage.

I went in to see how much a new car would cost and Jack was very helpful and went through the details broke the costs down and I have ordered my 4th car. This branch of Brayleys are very helpful and have helped us through all our dealings from buying a new car to fixing our cars when we have had problems

We came in for a finance review on our Duster being 3 years old. Kelly was very good in explaining our options and listened to our requirements for getting another vehicle. We were offered a test drive in a Stepway which was on our radar. On completion of the test drive, Kelly had printed out our finance options for the Stepway and a Duster. At no time did we feel pressured and we made our mind up to go with another Duster. We both felt we got excellent service from Kelly and look forward to getting our new vehicle in October.
