I’d mentioned that I want to talk with someone about my next car and if someone had been available I’d have given 5 stars

The staff are very friendly
I got a reminder call on day before
My car was only with them 3 hours
I find the whole team at Enfield great

It didn't start well as I pay for a cover plan which mine offers a courtesy car but due to the low amount of cars allocated to the branch this was not available on the day of the service without any reimbursement.
When I arrived to drop off my car the ladies at the front desk were very polite in handling the check-in, I confirmed that I would get a call early afternoon to give me ample time to return by public transport to collect my car. They kept to their word also giving me a quote for some extra work that I had enquired about.

Nice people to deal with, very helpful staff that offer you unbiased advice on any enquiry you happen to ask, I fully trust this company 5* all the way!!!

I bought and took away a 3-year-old ‘Honda Approved’ CR-V on 30th October 2025.
Within hours of driving the car the tyre pressure warning light came on.
I drove to a local garage and checked all the tyre pressures, and all was OK.
Whilst doing this, I noticed, for the first time, that none of the 4 tyres on the CR-V matched. They were all different brands which is, these days, considered very bad practice.
May I remind you; this is a “Honda Approved car.”
Anyhow, I rang the Brayley dealership and was told that the tyre pressure light came on because the car had been standing unused on the Brayley forecourt for a short while, I was then told how to reset the warning light via the in-car menu.
Over the next nine months the light came on 6 or 7 times, which I would repeatedly have to reset, so when the car went in for its annual service today, I pointed out the problem to the Service Team with the tyre pressure warning light.
After their inspection the Brayley Service team tells me the tyre pressure warning light keeps coming on because, yes, you guessed it, the four tyres are all different.
Moreover, the service team tells me I should have “at least matching tyres on the same axle" because mismatched tyres on the same axle can cause instability and is potentially dangerous.
I tell the Service team that this is how the car was sold to me, by Brayleys, nine months ago; so they then ring the Brayley Sales Team and ask would they cover the cost of 2 tyres so that at least there are matching tyres on the same axle thus complying with standard accepted practices.

The sales team say “No”

Firstly, when I arrived with the car the servicing worker was very helpful in directing me to a parking spot. Then I was seen by the reception staff who was very helpful. My wait for the service/MOT was much shorter than I expected, which was very satisfying!

The ladies at the desk were both very kind and helpful. It was a much faster process than last year as well.

I’m relatively new to Honda Brayley, as I’ve owned my car less than three years. At first I resented having to drive so far for a service (I live in East London) but I always come away pleased with the service I receive.

The team are lovely, the check in process is smooth (online beforehand and in person) and although I have to wait around, it’s not been for an excessive amount of time. Special mention goes to Jess and Jennifer who are always so personable. Jennifer especially has been a great help on helping me resolve smaller issues. I would still obviously prefer a shorter journey but I guess I’d say it’s worth the drive!

The service was excellent and certainly exemplary. The professionalism of Jennifer at the reception was outstanding and commendable with impressive communication skills; use of words, tone of voice, clarity in interaction upon my arrival and in my collecting of the vehicle at the end of the day.

Nonetheless, the management needs to consider reinstating the washing of customers vehicles because it has the tendency to create a positive and sustainable impression on the reputation of Honda to existing and potential customers in dynamic business environment. I will urge the management to imagine a dirty customer vehicle pulling out of Honda showroom after being worked by your experienced staff and the negative impression it will create to the public. I remain optimistic that most existing customers will be in favour reinstating the washing of their car in a showroom that they can trust rather than going to a car wash where customer service is non-existent to their business.
I am pretty confident that majority of Honda customers will be willing to pay for their vehicle to be wash in Honda garage rather than going somewhere else for the same service that could have conveniently provided by Honda.

A very good service and great help from Bradley Honda Enfield. Polite and friendly staff and nice hot drink that kept me going. Their customers service were very good.
