We bought a used Honda Jazz from Brayley Honda Enfield and had a great experience. Shay looked after us throughout and was really attentive, answering all our questions without making us feel rushed. It made the whole process much easier and we'd happily recommend asking for him if you're heading there.

I was not informed that cleaning the clutch fluid would take the entire day, even though my service and MOT had already been completed. At around 11:30, I received a call asking whether I wanted the clutch fluid cleaned. I agreed, assuming it would be done immediately, but no one told me that it would require my car for the rest of the day.

After waiting for over two hours, I had to ask for an update, only to be told that the job could take the whole day. Had I been informed of this from the start, I would have declined it immediately. Instead, we cancelled the job as soon as we found out, meaning those two hours spent waiting were completely wasted.

To make matters worse, when I collected my car, it had not been washed or cleaned, unlike every previous service. Overall, I’m highly disappointed with the lack of communication, the unnecessary waste of my time, and the noticeable decline in service.

Been a Brayley Honda customer since 2018. The customer service here is to be applauded. The ladies at the reception are so courteous and willing to answer all your questions. same goes for the sales personnel who are more than eager to find you the right deal. Would highly recommend this office as i have never had one reason to complain about the quality and service at this office.

The worst possible people I dealt with. Absolutely illiterate bunch of people found absolutely nothing. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed of their lies and lies day after day. After taking my car to tow of their branches they are absolutely illiterate and incompetent. Keeping my car for two weeks and giving me same excuse every day. We do investigation. They haven’t touched the car. However,I wouldn’t recommend them at all. If you wanna waste your money and time,deal with them. Legal action has been taken against this fraudsters 🤢

My sales executive Shay was really attentive but not over the top. I was quite dithery and probably bit of a pain, but he took a lot of time and was very reassuring. It all went smoothly and I feel that I got a good deal. Will definitely recommend Brayleys Honda.

The dealer was really helpful, even coming in on his day off to carry out the handover. He sorted out all the papers for me and delivered an excellent service.

I arrived at 8am, seen by service reception staff straight away, booked in, loan car ready, away by 8.10. Receptionist also gave me details of extended warranty and service plan to peruse. Phone call just after 11am, car ready. Collected car, arranged warranty and service plan - painless!!

Very welcoming staff members, courteous receptionist informative and efficient. Nice touch from the mechanics who sent a video of the work done with clear comments, also a great waiting area with TV and coffee for those who chose to wait. Excellent
