Jason in the service department was good. First time I dealt with Jason who I think was polite and informative

The service was outstanding and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. This was in no small measure down to the enthusiasm and personality of Bradley Stevens, who will undoubtedly prove to be a great asset to the company for many years to come.

We had terrific service all the way through the purchasing process and delivery of our Honda Jazz. We very much appreciated the kindness and support provided to us by Kawsar Ahmed at your showroom, on the test drive and later when he delivered the car to us. His professionalism and knowledge of the car were invaluable when he gave a thorough demonstration of its features on Monday. Our thanks also go to Clive Millen, the manager, for his understanding of the situation we are in. I went to Brayleys Honda today as I had a problem with the electric wing mirrors not folding or able to be adjusted on my Honda CRV. I asked if someone could have a quick look at the mirrors & give me a rough idea of the repair cost. I was told that there was only 1 'technician' in the building & that I would have to book it in at a later date for an investigation at a cost of £180 to tell me what was wrong with it. I asked the receptionist if he was joking, but was told that was the cost of an investigation. I would have thought in 2026 at a main Honda dealership somebody somewhere in the building would be able to spare me a few minutes of their time, show some interest & try to help. Sadly today at Brayley's common sense & customer service appear to be a thing of the past. On my way home I stopped at a small independent garage to see if they could have a look, in 3 minutes he found the problem, gave me a rough idea of the cost & my car is now booked in for the work to be done in 3 weeks time. Over the years I have taken my CRV to Brayleys Honda several times for servicing etc & have had no problems, but after today I will never use them again.

A very thorough job and I was able to take the opportunity of purchasing a two year service plan at the same price as the previous plan over two years ago.

What was very disappointing was that you failed to wash the car, it was always a treat to pick up a sparkling clean car after a service.

Quick and efficient. Any work required was detailed well and options given. Only negative was that I was on the final service of a service plan and it was only discovered that this service was included when in previous years the garage had contacted me directly to book it in. Once this was discovered however, I had nothing to pay other than optional services.

Good communication throughout the day. Thorough inspection and explanation of issues that need attention.

Jason is always a pleasure to speak to and I find him very genuine. He seems to have a good team and I have no complaints with the service.
Even though its twenty miles from my home I wouldnt go anywhere else.

The staff at Brayleys Hemel Hempstead were polite and friendly. The service on my car was efficient and ready for collection in less than 2 hours. A mechanic was extremely helpful when I was unable to find my car on returning to pick my car up (it had been parked near the front rather the back of the garage).

Quick, responsive and reliable, all delivered in a friendly and professional manner, with a huge amount of patience to answer any question or query.

Should also add that vehicle as competitively priced too!

Saw car online. Had photos sent as I was some distance away and could not view. Shown damage on car. Told it would be repaired before delivery. Car arrived later than expected and was driven approx 170 miles, when I was told it would be transported. Damage still there to some areas that were agreed to be done. They drive carefully all the way back rather than do smart repair locally. Sent photo, yet again not repaired as promised. Refused car. Got refund by the only helpful person there David Cook, would never deal with brayley honda again. Since used another dealership with no problems.

Aamar was extremely helpful all the way through the process of ordering and the subsequent delivery of my new car. He is very knowledgeable of the Honda range and was also able to sort out my special requirements for the vehicle. He is an excellent representative for your company.

Good reception. Comfortable environment. Then waited for the service to be done, with a nice cup of coffee. Video sent with a report on condition of car. Invoice supplied and explained. Whole experience about an hour and a half. I did miss the vehicle wash and clean (but understood the reason given).

Easy booking. Online checkin. Video and detailed breakdown of work needed. Easy to authorise work to be done. Polite efficient staff. Car delivered on time and to quoted price for work.
