My experience was great and everything was explained to me, Customer Service was excellent even though the car was a little late, I was happy with everything and I would recommend Honda to family and friends, also thank you to Aamar who helped me understand everything as this was my first motability car.

Getting my car booked in was easy and void of the 'online hassle'... you phone them, someone answers promptly, you get booked in. Simple. Service agent was polite and patient. All agreed work was carried out to my satisfaction and to the agreed times. I've always received excellent service from Brayley Honda Hemel Hempstead over the years, that's why I'll continue use them.

They had advised a year ago that the rear discs would need replacing. The replaced them at this service and completed the service and MOT very efficiently. I really appreciate the way that Brayleys advise me in advance of possible forthcoming issues. I never get any nasty suprises

I bought a used car from Honda Brayley a couple of weeks ago. It is a Honda Jazz Crosstar and I am so pleased with it. It's a beautiful car. It drives so smoothly, has lots of mod cons but what made it even more special was how pleasant the buying process was. The staff at Honda Brayley were all wonderful particularly George Burton who dealt with my sales. He got me a great deal on my Vauxhall Mokka which I part exchanged. He was excellent at his job: very knowledgeable, very quick and efficient, sorted out problems. Nothing was too much trouble. For such a young man he has a very sensible approach and very mature attitude. I highly recommend buying a car from Honda Brayley and particularly seek out George.

Headlight bulb out. The guys were able to fix it on the spot as I had some very big journeys coming up.

All good. Dropped the car off at the dealership for the work and given a lift to work nearby. Was given a lift in the afternoon to the dealership to collect the car, service work all done. Car nicely cleaned as well. Recommend dealership.

All very straight forward, nice friendly staff , car picked up on time and delivered back brilliant.
