Our experience was a good one up until collection day , i would of gave a 5* but for one very rude sales representative who thought it ok to undertake and blow his horn whilst turning into the Honda garage
I will be honest it did tarnish what should of been a good experience

Easy to book service and MOT. Professional explanations on what was needed for repairs with evidence of a video of my car. Great customer service.

The staff at Brayley Honda Hendon are always exceptionally courteous and professional. They let you know as soon as your car is ready for collection so you don't have to chase them for updates. Even if your car is with them for something minor, they still do a complimentary health-check of tyre pressures, treads, brakes, suspension, shock absorbers and exhaust and send you a narrated video of their findings. I wouldn't take my beloved Honda anywhere else!

The staff in the Service Department were very polite and helpful. Hardik Parikh kept me informed during the day of what work was needed with costs and all the paperwork was ready when I collected my car. He looked after me with care and couldn't have been more helpful

I was dismayed by the changes I found at this dealership, to which I've been going for cars and servicing for over 15 years. The friendly receptionist, who created a sunny atmosphere, has gone. The showroom is crowded with cars, which doesn't create the atmosphere to go with Honda's price tags and is a bit claustrophobic.
The person who "processed" me when I arrived was no more than civil, but perhaps he is fed-up with having to explain the benefits withdrawn (which strike me as penny wise and pound foolish). Brayleys had not sent the service/MOT reminder to which I'd become accustomed under the previous owners.
The waiting area has been relocated and there is no longer anywhere one can work whilst waiting. WiFi is still available.
I believe the service was fine and it was completed within the time-frame promised. The person who explained the recommendations was both pleasant and helpful.

You did not check that all was how it was when you first sat down in my car. It's soooo ANNOYING that I had to spend hours putting things back as how it was. I had to even go to my son to put things back again!

The whole process was managed for Brayley Honda Hendon by Hass Afzal who was excellent from the initial phone enquiry through to inspection, sale & collection. The car was prepared to a very high standard and I am now the very happy owner of a 4 year old Honda CRV. The experience was hassle free with excellent information about the vehicle & the transation process.I can highly recommend Brayley Honda & Hass - it made buying a car a pleasure which hasnt always been my experience over a number of years.

What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. Ram walked me through every step of the process, making everything simple and transparent. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Ram truly went above and beyond.

Thorough. Received a complete report on key items with the car. Given options in terms of things to repair, or not. No nonsense. Did not feel "sold to." Polite. Couldn't ask for more.
