They sent a reminder in good time, booking was done conveniently online and then a follow up phone call.
A reminder was sent when the car was due to go in.
A courteous and polite reception when car was dropped off, a phone call from them with an update, and another call to say car was ready to pick up.
Explanation on all work that was carried out.

When I received a re-call for my Honda Jazz, Brayleys arranged for it to be collected and then returned to me after the work was carried out. They even washed the car and cleaned the interior. All free-of-charge.

Very efficient annual service on my car, only downside that the company no longer offers pick up of your car for free as they now charge £20.

Rude and pushy sales staff experience. Not sure whether all of them are like this but the particular individual I spoke to was very blunt and not helpful at all. Definitely pushed away a potential customer

The previous owner of my Honda CR-V had only given one key for the car when I bought it from a Brayley garage down south. I needed a spare in case I lost the key or for another family member to use the car if I was not around.
Back home some time later, I raised the problem with Brayley St Albans and they offered to make me a second key at my nearest Brayley garage, Hemel Hempstead. The staff there were great and programmed a new key for me - at no charge! Such a relief to have a spare key. Thank you Brayley's.

Service & MOT carried out effectively and with no problems

On Saturday morning, I went into Brayley Honda in Leatherhead to look at cars which would fit my tight budget.
Amanda Killen, the sales Executive, was professional, kind and efficient throughout the process. She was attentive to my needs and was sure to answer all my questions, giving reassurance when necessary.
I was blown away by the quality of the car but moreso by the quality of the service, as Amanda went above and beyond what was expected.

We recently bought a car from Brayleys. We were greeted by a charming young man, with a smile and pleasant attitude. He was James Allibone. After briefing him on the car we wanted, he came up with a few options. He was not pushy, but was calm, polite and easy to talk to. He took his time and went through the journey with us, in matching the car we wanted. Apparently he is ex Army, which is obviously where he got his discipline and manners from. In my mind you are lucky to have James, being ex Army, he has all the right qualities. You need to hold on to him, as he will go far in your company. We are really happy with our new car, and thank Brayleys for making our experience so easy and satisfying. We will be back!
