Brayleys Cars - Brayley Honda Leatherhead レビュー 

I have been getting my 2015 Honda Civic Tourer serviced by the Honda dealership in Leatherhead ( now Brayleys ) over the last 8 years. Paying £42.50 monthly over the preceding 12 months to cover the cost.
Brayleys have over the last 3 years offered to collect my Honda from home, returning it once completed, not this year, that privilege cost me an additional £41.
In previous years I had received a call following an initial check by an engineer advising additional work required, now you receive a text and a short video, in this the engineer indicates that the tyre inflation kit was out of date, apparently since 2019 ! I did ask why this had not been picked up on previous checks? I'm told 'They now have a new engineer'
On the sales invoice they include a full break down of the work carried out and list of parts used for the service, How can Brayleys or Honda UK justify charging £159.28 for 4 spark plugs? Their listed on the invoice as £39.82 each. The dearest I can find online was £18 with many as low as £7. I will be contacting Honda UK to ask that question.
Total cost of the service was £480.00,
£516 in payments to this date due to pay a further 8 installments of £41.50 towards the 2027 service. ..I don't think so

I would highly recommend Brayleys Cars Honda Leatherhead. I purchased a used car from Clarence and it was very good experience indeed. The Customer Service was exceptional and I am very happy with the car.

Always a pleasure to take my car to the Leatherhead branch the girls are always happy and polite and are there to help with anything with having great knowledge of the vehicles . My car went in for a service and was done with no fuss and I collected it later that day to happy staff again . Would highly recommend thebleatherhead branch as always happy to help at short notice well done u lot

Had a problem with my car. Reception managed to book it in the following day. I arrived at the appointed time, car problem fixed in 30 mins, perfect.
Only negative Labour charge @ £139, which seems excessive.

Everything happened according to schedule. We were contacted for the ‘go ahead’ before extra tasks involving payment were carried out. All the staff were extremely helpful, as always.

First class service and MOT as always.

The team from start to finish were superb. They were helpful, knowledgeable and looked after us from the moment we walked into the showroom.
We now have our new Honda and thanks to Jerome, Clarence and the brave one who took us for the test drive! Well done 👍

Bushy Honda is so welcoming, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, I no my car is in good hands at Bushy Honda. Also, the main reason for coming to Bushy Honda was knowing that the service manager Andy was there to make sure everything went smoothly because he is the reason why I always come back to Honda. Andy is the most kindest person you will meet, always treats you with respect and kindness.

From booking date for Service and MOT,
collection and delivery of car back to me I found the service very efficient.
