Very helpful people and obliging fitted in and MOT

I was very much put at my ease with the staff. Clarence was informative, gave constructive advice regarding my choice of car during my visits to the showroom and subsequently on the trial drive. I had not driven an automatic car before and I found the experience a comfortable and less stressful experience than I was expecting, owing to the empathy shown by all staff.

Made me feel very at home while I waited for my car to be diagnosed and fixed. Mechanics swiftly diagnosed the problem with an exemplary narrated video as evidence. The team sought the most cost-effective repair. The front office team were great with information, friendly, professional and offered tips on other Honda-related matters as well as the current repair.

Easy to make the service appointment at a convenient time. Friendly and efficient drop off and collection. Work carried out as expected with no nasty surprises.

Excellent service with car collection and return saving me having to get a bus both ways , the service team are very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

The service on my Honda Jazz and MOT was done speedily, incorporating extras which needed attention, for which I was requested permission by telephone. The car was cleaned inside and out and was delivered back to me in very good order.

On time, good communication, no unnecessary work done without authorisation. Car works afterwards, MoT filed quickly

I bought a 2015 Jazz from here in August.
It is a big company and their website says all their used cars have 'main dealer preparation' and 'customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything they do.' So I was not as vigilant as I should have been!
The salesman was, at best incompetent. When I drove the car the fuel gauge was on empty and it had to be jump started. I should have walked away then. I didn't, I did one of the most stupid things of my life, and bought it.
When I got it home I discovered it didn't have an owners manual or service history. I was told they were at another branch and they would chase them up. I have not received either of them.
I looked under the bonnet and found the bonnet support clip was missing, the screenwash bottle had no cap. I dipped the oil and found there was too much in the engine.
The next time I drove the car I noticed the drivers seat belt warning light didn't go out and the front brakes were noisy. The firtst time I took the car on the motorway a peice of trim fell off!
Brayleys have since grudgingly replaced the clip, screenwash cap, trim and part of the seatbelt, though the light still doesn't go out as it should. I have spent about seven hours driving to and from the dealers and hanging around whilst these things were fixed.
The excess oil I had corrected by my local garage also the front brake pads and discs replaced, Brayleys couldn't find anything wrong with them but the noise has now stopped.
I was naive and gullible and got ripped off.
If you're looking for a used Honda, do yourself a favour and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Been using the Leatherhead garage for many years. The staff are always so polite and efficient and ai never have any complaints about the servicing. Shout out to Orla and Tina for their friendliness

Brayley MOT's and services my 15 yr. old CRV each year and it then requires little or nothing more in providing availability and reliability for the next year.
I consider this appropriate testament to Honda quality and back up to their customers.
Only criticism, Brayley no longer offer me collection and deliver at my postcode.
