I have been buying motorbikes for over 40 years so have experienced many motorbike dealerships. Brayley Honda based in Romford Essex are up with the best in my personal experience. The sales process from start to finish, but importantly the excellent personal after sales care. Impressive branch manager and service dept and friendly bike sale agent. Advised quickly when parts were…
Advised quickly when parts were available and repair could proceed. Booking in process fine - phone and messages used. Booking in at the centre all good. Most importantly repair carried out quickly and good notification of when car could be collected.

Attended for a while you wait service
Attended for a while you wait service, car taken exactly on time and kept updated throughout the process. Only downside is that Brayleys no longer valet the car after the service which I feel with that addition set Brayleys above other service providers I have used in the past.

Excellent service staff extremely…
Excellent service staff extremely helpful. The video of my vehicle being inspected on the service fell tad short as there is a possible issue with rear tyres but sadly the background noise drowned out the mechanic's voice at that point I now need to return to the dealership and ask them to clarify. It doesn't seem to be noted on written report IF I am reading it correct. Think the mechanics need a microphone on whst is otherwise a excellent idea

Brayley's Honda Romford have proven that they' as a company uphold their reputation hands down! The experiences I've had dealing with the service department particularly 'L' and 'A' goes beyond the norm. Efficient, accommodating when requested especially over the past few years as our overall health hasn't been 100%, nevertheless they' made sure my daughter's needs were never overlooked. THANK YOU.

Good staff and dealership
Third time at this dealership for the annual car service, and Lisa as usual is a pleasure to deal with. A credit to the dealership.
Just a shame it did not get the usual car wash as the little Honda was as filthy as when it went in (despite me washing it only a fortnight ago).

As part of our sustainability initiative, we’ve removed the traditional wash and vac that used to accompany a service or MOT as part of our commitment to a more environmentally responsible approach. In place of each wash and vac, we now partner with Ecologi to plant a tree instead. It’s a small change, but one that supports a wider environmental commitment.
