Wonderful service as usual from Peter Wright, a man who understands bikes and bikers. When Honda took motorcycle sales and service into their car showrooms I don’t think that they fully understood the difference between their two wheel and four wheel customers and without people like Peter that move might have proved to be very problematic.

What can I say....
We attended Honda Brayleys at Romford car showroom on 28th February. Only went for a quick look, to size up the cars. We were approached by Samia, who showed us a selection of cars in the show room. We went for a test drive and then ran us through the finances with Bob. At the time Samia and Bob offered us a good deal and trade in our of our vehicle. We end up buying a new Honda CR-V PHEV.
Through out the purchasing process we have had support from Samia. Who responded to emails and phones very quickly.
Samia was polite and courteous. When the day came to pick up our new vehicle (3 weeks on), we had a date booked for handover. We needed to pick up a day early and Bob's team were able to deliver without any issues. Arrived at Honda a little early than time agreed. Bob was happy to see us early. Bob went off to sort out the car ready for collection. Left us in the good hands of James to complete the trade in of our old vehicle. James was polite and explained what paperwork would come through to us. Bob gave us a crash course on how to use our new car, as we had been used to a petrol manual. After a few days of driving our new vehicle, we tried to set up the Honda plus app to connect with the car. After speaking with the team, we were asked to bring in for a reset and flag it up to honda HQ. The next day the car connected with the app. We are very happy with our new car. Everyone at Romford branch were helpful, polite and considerate. Looking forward to being looked after when the car goes in for a service.

I bought my car from this company because they were the nearest Honda to where I live. I had never used them before because there was no Honda dealer where I live. I found the salesperson very helpful in the purchase of my car, and showed me all the features of the vehicle.

Booking my car service and selecting an appointment time and date that works best for me was essential given my preferred service centre in Romford is impacted by ongoing road closures nearby making planning my journeys that bit more difficult. Suffice to say arriving at the service centre to be greeted business as usual. Excellent customer service from agents who estimated completion of work as expected so I could fulfill my day plan without having to make last minute decisions. Reliable service provided and always make me feel valued which is reciprocated in kind

Brayleys was the last garage we visited on the search for a new or nearly new second hand car. Out first meeting was with Demetrios, whom from the outset was excellent, not pushy, very knowledgeable and assisted my wife and I throughout the process. He asked pertinent questions on our requirements and from there assisted until our final decision on a nearly new car.
In the end I got an excellent part exchange deal and could not be happier.
Once again Demetrios made the whole process simple. Highly recommended.

Bob and Jamie has been excellent in providing good quality service throughout. Although there were some hiccups during sales process but with help of Bob they were sorted.

I think Honda prices and offers should be more stronger as car market is very competitive.

Also need a reception desk to welcome customers and help with facial they need.

Apart from that Honda cars are excellent and a pleasure to drive. A bit more work on wind noise is required when over 60 mph.

A phone call with an early warning regarding road and traffic conditions around the dealership was very helpful and allowed time to cope with detours.
Pleasant, welcoming reception with true realistic timing given for the work to be finished.

Brayley Honda had the bike model and colour that I wanted in stock. Helder, the salesman, was excellent and made buying very painless, all the details were explained, delivery organised for when I wanted it, calls and txts throughout to ensure all well and that I was happy. Marred by trying to contact Brayleys by telephone for the past 2 days to arrange an extended service plan, more than 20 attempts so far with 'lines temporarily busy' the reply each time !!!!

Amazing experience buying a used Honda 125cc bike from the guys at Brayleys. Jason and Viktor were super helpful and efficient without pushing me to purchase. They set a very friendly and relaxed environment for me. Thanks again to you both for all the extra advice and for taken the time to make sure I know what’s what. From beginning to end, Jason made the whole experience of buying this bike online, sight unseen, very easy.
He was also very helpful in recommending where I could get some additional parts that I wanted fitted prior to taking delivery of the bike.
I was worried that living in Scotland and getting the bike delivered from Romford might prove difficult and expensive, but I was wrong on both counts, and Karl the driver arrived right on time in the 1hr slot he gave me.
The bike was exactly as described and in very good condition.
A great experience all round, would definitely recommend.
