This is my second time bringing my car here for repairs, and the service is just as excellent as the first time! Friendly staff, clear communication, and my car runs perfectly. I know I can always trust them.

We booked our Honda Jazz in for its annual service, MOT, and recall work. The work was completed on time and the car returned to us with all issues resolved. Mani, the service manager, kept us informed throughout. Excellent customer service.

Explained to a couple of old technophobes how the phone address book could be added to the car. This had defeated us for some time. So thanks. Our call in was completed quickly as well.

Friendly service. Even though it’s a bit far, I will be using them again.

Another excellent service from brayley honda st Albans, major purchase of a new crv , bob helped start the process finding the car i wanted with packs fitted and good finance package to match , syed took over the final details to complete the deal, with Andy , Tamara, and mani in service to get the car as required , with additions fitted , thank you to all the team , so friendly and helpful at any time always willing to listen and support.

Service and mandatory checks were carried out efficiently.
Unfortunately there were runs after washing from the door mirrors and handles - that I was concerned over from previous experience - so I asked these to be double checked but with the extreme heat this proved not to be viable. I hope these runs can be easily removed

Excellent experience, punctual, and very helpful in explaining what the service involves. Staff, especially Mr. Mani answered all my queries most professionally.

Service , MOT rectifying recall all went well . Only negative - somehow date of appt . was 11 July not 11 June resultng in having to leave car 24 hours to enable necessary work . This was an error on the part of whoever took the original appt. call .

What a pleasure to deal with a company whose salesman, Mark, was knowledgeable, efficient, excellent at communication and always helpful. His advice concerning my choice of car was invaluable. It is a bit daunting to spend a great deal of money on a car but with a clear explanation I felt confident and very happy with my purchase.

Easy to make appointment and checking in on the day was simple. Tamarra Robey was the receptionist, very helpful and friendly, checking contact details were correct and letting me know as soon as the car was ready to collect.

All staff we spoke to friendly and helpful, so much so we might be now changing our car.
Never had any issues with this garage or it service.
