Juhel at Kia Enfield was very caring and helpful person, explained everything so clearly made our car purchase so smooth .

On the 21st October 2025, I took my car for service at Brayley Kia Enfield, at 9am in the morning, I had a phone call at 17:20 afternoon, the service was done, I am able to pick the car up.
I went on the next day, 22 October 2025 at 9am, I paid £358.13, I was given a long list of paper work, all been checked and ticked as job done.
I picked the car up and stopped few yards away, I opened POLLEN FILTER which supposed to be checked, I found out it was filthy it looks like never been checked and replaced since the car was built, I went back to them and spoke to the lady, head of service, I showed the filter, she started apologising and making some silly excuses, she said the service man is an agency and she offered to replace it for free which she did.
I left the company and later on I checked the air filter which is also not checked, I had to buy it and replace it by myself.
It is shameful, I think they are only ticking boxes on papers not doing jobs, if I can give it less than one star I will do.

Very rude sales men, lies after lies regarding a vehicle. What’s app messaging instead of phoning regarding what went wrong. Very disappointed in them. No apologies or anything. Taking money even though they don’t have possession of the car.

Just want to say how impressed and pleased in how they dealt with my car problem.
I had a problem regarding my faulty tyre pressure light that keeps coming on. I contacted them several times about this. They were completely professional and helpful. They arranged for it to be picked up and checked - I was so impressed with this service.

Luckily for some reason the problem rectified itself, and again they were very kind and professional and advised me that it the problem came back they would be very happy to check the car out again.

I am so impressed and pleased with this service, and would highly recommend this company.

Chris is an amazing member of the team. He took care of me with alot of patience and helped me pick my first ever car. I couldnt thank him enough for delivering his service with so much professionalism. And that being said, the entire team are genuine and very helpful. One staff member even gave me their cable as mine wouldnt connect to Andriod Auto which was pretty sweet 😄

Do not hesitate to go over and speak to any of these guys especially if youre a first time buyer, they will only offer you what you are able to pay. No pressure, no unnecessary games. Hope to be back for my next car 🙌🏼

You know what these days its so common to actually not get through to a real person but if you do its rare you find anyone who will listen if you have a problem - sorry no thats not possible we are too busy. But your staff are marvellous. I had some particular issues that meant making an effort on your part and you just did it; you went that extra step and helped me out - twice. I think you should be proud of yourselves and I heartily recommend Brayleys as a great place to go - you will not be disappointed.

To be honest this isn’t the first time. I have now had 3 Kia’s and absolutely love the cars. I didn’t buy them from this dealership but, I use here for servicing as it is closest.
I have to ask for a loan car due to my disability and work commitments.
Each time I have had a loan car given to me there is very low fuel or ev charge.
When questioned if vehicles are charged overnight I was told that the cleaner must have taken it off charge. I know this shouldn’t happen as my daughter has worked in the motor trade for many years and cleaners are not allowed to have anything to do with the vehicles.
I don’t have a problem with the actual servicing or staff at all. But please ensure adequate fuel/charge on loan cars.

Do not trust what they tell you unless it is in writing. Insist to have things put in writing and take the person's full name. I brought a ex demonstration car and was told it still had the 7 year warranty even though it was six months old but this wasn't put in the paper work.

Did what they were supposed to do.

I was disappointed that my car was not washed and valeted as part of the service /MOT procedure.
In previous years this was included as standard.

Have had the same salesman for a couple of years now and he is exceptionally patient and informative and deals with our requests immediately. Excellent customer service from Adam as always

Ahh great service from staff being dealing with Kia for over 15 years very professional an friendly. Maybe work on price of cars still bit expensive??? Or for very long serving customers some deals if you have bought 3 or more brand new motors in the past .

Having booked in early i got a reasonable sized loan car as I am a large build guy and not comfortable in a very small car plus the service was done on time and vehicle was valeted purely out of courtesy well done DAWN PEER, ADELE ALDOUS, AND THE BRAYLEYS TEAM @ ENFIELD ,
