They did exactly what I expected from a service, and a little bit more.
Great service, the car is running beautifully. Love the video that was sent to my email. Noticed from the video that the team had repaired a nail in my tyre at no additional cost - thanks :)

Great customer service.
Great customer service from the team in Harpenden, my only negative was that when I phone to book my service and to check when the car will be ready etc I get put through to a service centre in Enfield, however the lady there was very helpful.

Male chauvinism is alive and well in this car showroom
Not a female friendly environment! Aggressive sales patter bordering on bullying, entirely inappropriate for customer needs; Ultra low price offered for trade in forcing me into an unpleasant negotiation with the result I did not trust the salesman. Sexist comments during test drive; Unprofessional conduct including blatant breaches of GDPR; I bought the car but this was despite the salesman rather than because of him. I have driven Kia for 6 years and previously advocated for the brand based on great after sales and the car itself. This experience made me feel vulnerable, exposed and very disappointed that women still have to endure this treatment. Big news - it's 2026, women have their own money, they are perfectly capable of making big decisions. Shame on you.

Reactive to customer needs.
I had already planned for my regular vehicle service when I was informed I needed minor surgery in the late afternoon. Bradley's arranged for me to pick the car up before 16.00hrs and it was brought round to the front of the garage to save time. Excellent personal service.

As part of our sustainability initiative, we’ve removed the traditional wash and vac that used to accompany a service or MOT as part of our commitment to a more environmentally responsible approach. In place of each wash and vac, we now partner with Ecologi to plant a tree instead. It’s a small change, but one that supports a wider environmental commitment. We appreciate your feedback and hope the quality of your service met expectations.

Very good performance of car maintenance…and MOT by Brayleys Harpenden
The collection and delivery of the car by David was prompt and efficient. Service Manager Tom Palmer was very detailed in his explanation of the work required on top of the service and MOT. The inspection video from the workshop confirmed this and gave me assurance that this work was clearly necessary and essential. Email communication to confirm the follow-up booking was also helpful.

This is the first time I have driven my car and waited for the service to be done…
This is the first time I have driven my car into a service and waited for the service to be done. Really impressed. Nice area with seats and access to coffees and wifi. Worked really well. What is not good is that Bradley's sent me an email afterwards which was the cars health check. I don't understand something on it so I have tried to phone. Given up now after waiting 30 minutes for the call to be answered. Shame as I would have given it five stars
