Danny was brilliant from start to finish - very responsive to queries by email/phone and talked me through all the features of my new car when I picked it up. 10/10!

It took a while for my car to be fixed as we had to wait for a part to come in but Bradleys were good at keeping me informed during the process and the car seems fine now.

Disappointed by questionable billing practices
I've had my Kia Niro serviced at Brayleys Kia Harpenden on multiple occasions, and unfortunately I've encountered the same issue more than once: being charged for washer fluid I didn’t need. The first time, I had topped it up myself before the service, yet still got billed for it—something I only noticed after reviewing the invoice at home.
This time, I made absolutely sure the washer fluid was filled to the top beforehand. Still, a charge appeared—£2.50 for 300ml of screen wash. I challenged it with the service manager, who explained that their system auto-defaults to adding the charge, that a technician had retrieved the fluid but didn’t use it, and it was “accidentally” left on the bill. He also mentioned they needed to review their billing system.
When I asked bluntly if Brayleys were “ripping me off,” he took offence. I then asked if it constituted fraud—again, offence taken. We agreed to disagree.
While the discussion remained civil, I’m very disappointed that a large company was happy to allow such questionable charges to stand. They did agree to a refund in the end. It may seem minor, but it’s the principle. Please check your bill closely—I wouldn’t want others to be caught out by something similar.

Car service was seamless. I was so pleased when I booked my car to be collected and returned to me and the car was collected promptly in the morning at the location I agreed, then the service was performed quickly and I was updated. Then the car was returned to me by the end of the morning. I was very impressed with the customer service and I could not have managed to get my car serviced without this service. Thank you

Friendly and efficient. Booked my car in for a time slot service. Car taken and returned exactly as planned. David went out of his way to fully explain the work done and next service requirements
