Very good service as always. Great experience.

Went to showroom to upgrade our car and was met by a professional sales person who took the time to listen to our requirements and answer any questions we had. We went through different options to purchase and ended up buying an ex-demo car. Very pleased with the car and purchasing experience and would more than likely go back when we change our other car.

For annual service and MOT, I booked a pickup from and delivery back to home. This went smoothly, with friendly staff member picking up car. Communication with service department was good and they fixed a rubbing noise in back wheel that I had mentioned (a stick was caught and needed wheel removed to get it out). Car nicely valeted afterwards. Payment was easy via an email link they sent. Will use again.

The sales executive was very helpful and took us patiently through everything we needed to do. The whole transaction went very smoothly and quickly thanks to his guidance.

Maurice was very helpful throughout and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible for us.

Professional services, kept me informed, car returned washed and hoovered

Purchased a nearly new Kia Sportage ,which I had seen on Brayley's website.
Upon arrival at the showroom ,I was met with Jonathan ,the sales executive who dealt with my purchase.
He was just as pleasant and efficient as he had been during my phone communications and the transaction was conducted in a calm and non-hurried way.
I was impressed and particularly so,with my vehicle and its presentation,which lived up to my expectations.

I waited a few hours while the service was carried out and was able to work through the WiFi and the free coffee was good

Just a straight forward hand car keys over, grab a coffee from the wait area, then cross the road to catch a bus 4 miles to a Wetherspoons for a full English, bus back, car ready and cleaned, quick hand over and home. No big deal.

Helpful, clear guidance on the car’s features enabling me to drive away confidently. It’s 12 years since I had a new car and so many new features are available.

Excellent customer service as always but only thing I didn’t know about was they charge for collection and delivery your vehicle for annual service. When I booked my car for service I chose that service because it was convenient for me but I didn’t know that you have to pay for service because nobody mention it to me.
