Very friendly approachable staff.
First time purchasing a car since my husband passed away and they were very helpful and kind with clear explanations of the process.

We bought a car a couple of weeks ago, found the service poor. Difficult to get hold of and get replies.

A weirdly tense completion too when asking about breakdown cover (which was advertised). Moving the cones to leave when driving out, all really poor.

Ben Trainor is my sales person. I have bought Mazdas for quite a few years now, because the service I receive from Ben, I always go back to him all the time.
He is so knowledgeable, explains everything in detail.
I am moving to Lincoln but will always come back to Milton Keynes Mazda for any future purchases .

Brayleys did a great job of providing the perfect car for me, quickly and very professionally.
Every aspect of the transaction was easy to understand and carried out smoothly.

Got on very well with Chris on the sales team, very polite, helpful & easy to get on with & not pushy. living over 60miles away made the transaction a little more awkward but all worked out ok.
The car we were interested in unfortunately had some body work issues which were repaired very well, but because of the complexity of the repair took a little longer to do than expected. (hence the 4 stars & not 5). Overall we are very happy with the car & our experience of Brayley cars. well done guys.

Excellent dealership, I've had a CX-5 from this dealership for the past three years and loved it, so traded in for a CX-60. Ben Trainor, my salesman was great, went through all the details with me clearly and made sure I understood everything before committing to anything. Nothing was too much work for him, even though he had back to back customers he made sure I was looked after.

Im very fussy and he took all my pestering with countless phone calls about general queries, gave me a good deal and assured me if anything wasn't right, he would rectify prior to collection. Everything was right.

Only been here a couple times for service so can't comment too much or name anyone but the dealership seems very well run from my experience.

If I stick to a Mazda next time round I'll defo be back

Excellent service - from mistreat to finish very reassuring

I contacted Mazda Milton Keynes simply looking for information and to speak to someone about my vehicle needs before committing to a visit or booking an appointment.

Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating.

No one was willing to have a proper conversation. I was repeatedly directed back to the website or told to book an appointment, despite making it clear that I just wanted to ask a few questions and understand my options first. I wasn’t asking for a test drive or anything unreasonable — just basic guidance and human interaction.

For a car dealership, the reluctance to talk on the phone or provide straightforward information was surprising and disappointing. Not everyone wants to book appointments blindly or make decisions without speaking to a knowledgeable person first.

If this is how enquiries are handled before a sale, it doesn’t inspire much confidence in the customer service afterwards.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

Compared with other dealers Brayleys (Tony Hatton) provided a professional service from first enquiry to collection. Keeping me informed of progress from build to delivery to the dealership.

I saw the Mazda 3 advertised online, made the enquiry and went to see the vehicle and all an easy process.

The communication from the sales representative Tony was absolutely spot on through the 10 day process, went above and beyond with his customer service, made the whole process so simple and easy throughout and drove away happy on the 19th Sept.

Tony is a credit to the dealership.
