First class from start to finish. Chris saw us promptly, was polite and very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, let us have a good test drive by ourselves (better than other garages who wouldn’t), and we felt well looked after. Got a better trade in than webuyanycar and other online dealers. Even got a good coffee.

Just purchased a used Mazda 6 with only 6K on the clock & 3 yrs old from Brayleys, Milton Keynes. Lovely clean showroom and Sales Reps (esp Ben) very attentive, helpful and kept in contact with us throughout. We had to purchase a few extra parts that we wanted to fit to the car and although we had to wait for these to come in (due to pandemic) they arrived fairly quickly & we were kept informed throughout. Mgr came out to introduce himself (a nice touch these days) so we felt a valued customer. Hand over of vehicles went smoothly and the car was cleaned, polished and waiting for us when we arrived together with two coffees! Great service and will defo recommend to friends who are also thinking of purchasing a Mazda.

Superb service from Sales Executive Ben Trainor from initial contact suggesting we could change our car on our hire purchase deal to receiving our new car. Very regular updates provided on the estimated arrival date of our new vehicle and he helped ensure the whole process was effortless from a customer point to of view.

I have always been really impressed with the service. Everyone is always polite and helpful. This was my second car with Brayleys and what was even more impressive was that even though the country was dealing with covid they never dropped their standards. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. I was looked after by Ben who went out of his way to make the experience as easy as possible.

The whole process was very professional and friendly at every step. I had been to two different dealerships (not Mazda) prior and had appalling service both times. I had no broken promises with Mazda & Chris kept me well informed at all times, always taking time out to make me feel comfortable and valued. Throughout Ben took forward discussions in a considerate and helpful manner with last minute slight hiccup resolved amicably. We've always had great service here; honest, trustworthy and prompt. Recently we needed to trade in a car and urgently buy a newer, more reliable used one. Ben in sales was brilliant. He offered a very reasonable price for our trade in and he went out of his way to ensure our new car was speedily processed and available for pick up. We could not have asked for more.
We should also give credit to the servicing team who have always been superb. They are quick, explain complex issues in a way I can understand and they deliver what they promise.
