Harry is an excellent guy who really knew what I want it. He listened to me patiently, he was not pushy at all. He was more interested in the fact that I left with the car that I wanted.Excellent customer services very knowledgeable

Truly excellent service
Truly excellent service. My music kept dropping on my Bluetooth audio. I called up Nissan customer service, they advised that i qualified for a free software update. I called and booked my car in, waited 10 days. When I took my car in, they also performed a full health check on my vehicle as well. All free of charge, I was very impressed with the service overall - quick, efficient, polite and they care about their customers. A+

Brayleys service department
From the moment walked in I was welcomed at the service desk and was explained exactly what would be done and they sorted my courtesy car. When I picked up my car Zoe who was so helpful and explained what was done and what had been fixed and I found Zoe very professional she was great really pleased.

Nissan Juke radio software update.
I was given a free software update as my radio system was not working and was told it was a problem with the Nissan Juke. After the update my radio system was working so when I got home
I tried to connect my device to Bluetooth and was unable to complete the process.
The following day the radio was again dead. So the issue is not resolved.

Great experience
My experience at Brayley's Nissan was good. The person I met at the desk was helpful and polite. My MOT and service was done well and in a timely manner. My only point of feedback would be that I've been bringing my car to this garage from when it was Westway Nissan and every year they make sure to valet my car as part of the service. This was the only time when it was not done and so it would be a much appreciated additional thing if it would have been done.
