Had my car serviced here since new, every year my car has had a mini valet with the service plan, wash and clean and hoover inside, unhappy that this didn’t happen this year, in fact my car was filthy inside left by the mechanics, dirty muddy foot prints on the mats, dirt up the plastic trims, had to clean the car when I got it home. On a more serious note last year I had a CRITICAL oil leak picked up on the service here that I was quoted over £1000 to get fixed, declined and took car to my local garage who laughed and said no issues found, had no work done on this critical oil leak and have no issues with oil levels. Nissan found no oil leak this year 🤔 make of that what you will

They came and picked up my vehicle recorded the service and brought it straight back

Car was picked up on time. Service carried out & I was advised that tall was fine.
Car then returned as advised

They collected and returned my car after servicing and MOTing it which was a godsend as i have to go to the QE hospital each day for Radiotherapy Treatment for Cancer so this service was a lifeline to me as i couldn't drive my car up to the showroom and Josh was very helpful as well and the only slight gripe i had was that they didn't wash and clean my car out this time but apart from that i was very satisfied with the service that Brayley's offered me.

Had a recall on my Nissan .
Took 10 minutes to fix .
Just had time for a coffee.

Efficient friendly

Loosing all power on my Epower Qashqai the service department gave me guidelines on how to restart my car enabling me to bring it into Brayleys for investigation. My car was checked over and fixed very quickly under warranty. First class service from Brayleys.

This was my first service with Nissan. Easy to book, good customer service, service was completed quickly and communication was great m, keeping me informed of progress and issues along the way. Would recommend Brayleys.

We went to Brayleys Nissan for a test drive in a Nissan Leaf and ended up buying a used Nissan Leaf with exceptionally low mileage that met all our requirements.
However, the overall experience was not just about the vehicle, but the salesperson Sam Evans-Parr was efficient, very knowledgeable about the product and with no urgency or obligation to purchase a vehicle. Sam was polite and informative about the questions I asked. The car options too fit my criteria were very satisfactory with Sam detailing all model differences and explaining the specifications so a complete electric vehicle novice like myself could understand and able to make an informed decision. An overall very pleasant car purchase experience. Brayleys Nissan is well worth a visit if you are looking to purchase a new or used car, there is wide range to meet your personal needs and at a good price with excellent service and after care.

I went into Brayleys after a disappointing morning (nothing to do with cars) to cheer myself up and look at a potential car for my Motability changeover.
So glad I did! Sam (the Motability chap) greeted me with a smile and a lovely Christmas jumper! To be fair I knew which car I was interested in, but Sam made the entire process so straightforward and simple (and was so courteous with it all). I was so pleasantly surprised at how quickly the whole thing happened. So after a disappointing morning I left with a new car on order and a smile on my face. Can’t fault the dealership and I’ve been kept informed at all points as well as a follow up info package from day one. Highly recommended.

Extremely disappointing experience – buyer beware

Workshop visit 1 : All reported problems, excluding brake noise unreaolved

Workshop Visit 2 : All reported problems after video evidence and test drive with master mechanic remain unresolved (excluding rear parcel shelf rattle, but I have not tried opening the boot since that fix)

Service department, very efficient at giving excuses and reason why the problem cannot be fixed, the dealership are now replacing control modules, despite advising Nissan customer service services the problems were fixed and the previous comment from the dealership as evidence was not provided - The dealership now have all the video evidence and on the second repair visit many of the problems that irritate me the most have been left unresolved - I now need a third workshop visit where they advised the replacement control module will fix my problems - I am less optimistic and it seems more like we’re playing replacing control module russian roulette.

I collected a used car from Brayleys at the beginning of December. From the outset, the vehicle had an array of faults, many of which still remain unresolved today, these are not mechanical faults but software faults (which means this dealer pretends they are not faults)

The dealership made multiple attempts to “repair” these issues. In reality, those attempts failed. Problems were either not fixed at all or reappeared immediately after collection. I documented everything carefully, including video evidence showing that the so-called repaired items were still faulty after the work was supposedly completed.

When I raised concerns about the quality and effectiveness of the repairs, Brayleys’ response was consistently the same: the faults were described as intermittent, or I was told there was “no fault found”. In other words, rather than fixing the problems, excuses were provided as to why they could not be repaired.

Due to my lack of confidence in the dealership, I escalated the matter to Nissan Customer Services. I supplied extensive evidence, including videos clearly demonstrating that the issues persisted after the repairs. Unfortunately, this escalation achieved nothing.

My assigned caseworker, Shannon, appeared not to have reviewed the evidence at all. Despite the volume of material provided, there was no meaningful investigation. Instead, Nissan Customer Services relied solely on the dealership’s assurances that the vehicle was not faulty and that they would “monitor” it. After keeping me waiting for over a week, I was simply told there was no case for rejection.

This dealership service department lied to the customer about fixing the problems and lied to Nissan customer services, I had video evidence these fixed faults still being faults and getting worse, unfortunately Nissan did not view those videos (analytics tells me that)

The outcome is that I am now left with a car I do not trust, from a dealership I trust even less this extends to Nissan.

Brayleys promote a 30-day money-back guarantee, but based on my experience, this should not be relied upon. If a fault is deemed intermittent or inconvenient to diagnose, it simply will not be repaired, and the guarantee becomes meaningless.

This situation demonstrates why trusting a dealer selling approved or fully serviced used cars can be a mistake. It also shows that Nissan Customer Services, at least in this instance, will side with the dealership regardless of the evidence provided by the customer.

As a result, I have no option but to sell the vehicle to an independent buyer and absorb a significant financial loss. I have zero intention of returning the car to a service centre that has demonstrated incompetence and a willingness to misrepresent the situation to both Nissan and the customer.

I strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from this dealership to be extremely cautious.
