Having had my car called in under warranty after a red warning light came on, I spent the following 2 weeks chasing for an update on when it would be fixed. I called 5 or 6 times a day and no one ever picked up. Eventually on day 5 I spoke to someone who said they would check and phone me back. But no one did. Finally 5 days on and I got a message to say the car was ready to collect. Only to be told they couldn’t find anything wrong with the car. Shocking customer service.

The sales team were all very helpfull and explained everything very well.
Would definately use them again to buy my next car.

I was asked to be at the dealership at 8:30 and I would be out by 10am. On the dot, the keys were handed back in my and the car was washed. Excellent

Professional and friendly from start to finish. Looking for a car we had visited many car dealers. Constantin made the whole process of buying a new car seamless, he was friendly and clearly knew his cars. He listened to what we wanted from our new car and delivered. Its mainly down to him we purchased from Renault.

He arranged a speedy delivery date and once collected spent time to explain all the features and how they work.

Front office excellent - cheerful and efficient: and servicing and MOT all seem to go well. But the valet was poor - nice car wash but inside not cleaned properly.

We found the whole experience easy and comfortable with no pressure, would highly recommend Brayleys

Almost impossible to get through to the service department. Have been calling for weeks. Also no response on their online booking portal. This is not the first time this has happened. Same issue whenever I need to get one of our cars booked in.

The team at Brayley Renault MK are always so friendly and helpful - I’ve come back to buy my second car from them as I had such a good experience the first time. In particular they have excellent communication and I felt really looked after the whole time. I got exactly what I wanted and would definetly come back to buy a third in the future.

Danny was really good. He gave me so much information, and answered all my questions. The handover to my new car went very smoothly.

Ringing to talk to someone was a complete nightmare as I had to ring 10 times and just kept saying department busy and I had to call new car sales I was told that service is short staffed. I appreciate this is the case, but I would have expected after 10 times to have the opportunity to talk to someone.

On the plus side when my wife took the car the gentlemen who washes the car helped her find a parking space and the gentlemen on the service desk was helpful and friendly. She did sit and wait which was a totally of 30 mins but during this time she observed the phones ringing whilst others were making tea in the kitchen and the service desk employee was dealing with customers and some customers waiting.

Very polite and helpful showed us how everything works and said if we have any issues just give him a call, and he will organise a tuition session.
