Brayleys Cars - Brayley Suzuki Hendon レビュー 

I just bought a Suzuki S-Cross from Brayley's Cars Hendon branch and the experience was mainly positive. I booked a test drive and put a deposit on the car. The test drive was good and the person accompanying me answered all my questions. I agreed to buy the car and arranged a date to collect it. When I got there the person who I had dealt with was not there. This was not a problem but I feel this could have been mentioned. The person who was deputised to hand over the car was in a meeting but the lady who deputised for them was very thorough, going through all the controls with me and even linking my phone to the car. When I got home I tried to pay the Congestion Charge but the automated system told me the car was exempt. I looked through all the paperwork and on the V5 "New keeper slip" under "Tax class" it said "DISABLED ". I sent the dealership a message and they called me back to say that the car is exempt because the last owner was disabled. If I hadn't questioned this I could have received fines when the tax class changes. The dealership were aware of this situation but did not inform me, which I think is poor.

Went to Brayleys in Hendon and had an appointment with Robert to talk about a new Suzuki Swift . He was extremely professional & friendly and spent time discussing everything with us, with no hard sell . We would recommend Brayleys and Robert especially and I am sure this wont be the last time they see us !! Hubby has a car that shortly will be changing and we would definately return in the future

I took my car into the Service Dept for small repair - I had been given a date and time for the repair .

Everything went to plan - I was able to wait for the job to be completed in comfortable surroundings

Once I arrive great customer service - transparent pricing, courtesy car for modest cost. Car returned cleaned.

Dear Mr Dave Carter,
You reach out to make a statement that you take such complaints seriously and leave your email so that I may make direct contact with you, well...as I already stated I did contact you before you even made your statement! I contacted you via email on the 02/09/2024 and asked you in the second review to check your emails.
It is now the 11th of December 2024 and have still not had a response via email from you and don't expect you to respond either since there seems to be a complete lack of care for customers (unless they are buying).
The issues which are still present are only going to get worse. It appears that there has been a breach pertaining to the the pillars that an 'approved used' framework is built on.
I have tried being patient...very patient, and since I have had no contact from yourself Mr Dave Carter, I will seek further advice on moving forward to hopefully get matters resolved.

Have been using for years when it was Jem Suzuki, I feel like their customer service has gone down hill. During the last couple service and MoT they say my lights need changing as the are the wrong ones but they are the ones that fitted them the previous years. They also didn’t wash and clean the car even though it was ticked in the service sheet. When questioned they were not even bothered. I will not use them again

I rang to book my car in for service which I have had done couple times now when I rang I explained that I didn’t mind bringing my car as early as possible and realise it could take 3-4 hours as it was 6 year service plus MOT but couldn’t afford to be without the car all day as I was the main carer fir my 93 year old mother with Alzhimers , for the life of me I can’t see that if I brought it in at 8.30-9 am it wouldn’t be ready by 1.30 the latest and I would hang around the areas while they were doing it as it’s to for me to go home again and on top of that it would cost around £630 very expensive and the man I spoke to suggested I could hire a car from them as wouldn’t be ready till late afternoon around 4pm and with car hire would bring it well over £700
I understand they have set prices ( which I can ill afford but on top of that wouldn’t try to accommodate my request to have it ready around 1.30 or earlier plus the person on the phone had a terrible manner and when I rang the second time to see if there was a cheaper service I was told there wasn’t Suzuki had to have 6 year service which is probably true but from his tone I felt like he couldn’t be doing with this type of customer query the prices I don’t know if he realised it or not , I liked going there but no way I can afford to pay over £700 just because they can’t do my car first thing in the morning , so sadly I feel this company has gone down hill
