Amazing experience! I went in to order a mobility car, I didn’t have an appointment but they were very accommodating. We got all the details sorted and ordered the car. It couldn’t have been smoother. All the staff were amazing, super understanding and explained this to me multiple times so I understood what was happening. We were kept updated throughout. They couldn’t do more to help and I’m really grateful for that. Highly recommend these guys. I believe we went through Graham, lovely gentleman, again made me feel so at ease, chatting away. Thank you all so much again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found Kevin very helpful when choosing my car. He explained in detail all the process and requirements. Had a good experience of test driving the car I wanted to buy. When I picked it up after purchase it had been freshly wash and cleaned inside. The service was very good. It been a smaller garage made it more personalised.

We chose Brayleys because they had a great selection of cars that interested us. We have bought Fords for many years but had done research on Suzuki Swift, Toyota Corolla and Mazda 3 & CX-30 before we came. To be honest, we were dreading getting a hard-sell salesman, but Kevin was very quick to put us at ease. He took time to understand our needs, pointed out all the features of the cars that he thought met our requirements and we test drove two of them. Kevin put us at ease with no hard-sell and answered lots of our annoying questions! 😄 we went back with our teenaged son to make the final decision and picked the car a week later after it had been thoroughly cleaned, and we were lucky to win the ceramic-coating prize in their spring promotion. We've had a couple of questions since the purchase, but Kevin has been very kind & helpful and answered emails quickly. Probably the best car buying experience we've ever had and will definitely recommend to others.
