This is one of the best GPS tracking device ever. I strongly encourage couples or people in relationships or people who just want a reliable gps tracker to buy one no need for airtags anymore.

Easy communication

This is the easiest way to communicate and ask questions!! Mervin was a great help and answered my questions quickly and precisely! I’m impressed with how simple it is to send a text and get e reply immediately! I truly love this service that is provided!!

I have had Brickhouse Brickhouse


I have had Brickhouse Brickhouse security for a long time. We first got it when our daughter was driven to Oxford , ms for college. We knew she would be on old country roads with no cell service and the satisfaction of knowing we knew where she was because of Brickhouse was immeasurable! My husband liked it so much he put one in my card for traveling back and forth to New Orleans. The service is easy to use and he loves checking the breadcrumbs to see where our daughter is. I can’t say enough about Brickhouse’s products and customer service especially Trish!

Great company

They make great devices and have fantastic customer service. I’ve never had a hard time with them, their products, or getting ahold of people for help. Highly recommended if you need gps devices or security hardware. Trish was fantastic and helped with all my questions.

Mervin helped me pay my bill

Mervin helped me pay my bill. I couldn't find how to accomplish this, so I asked for help. He helped me update my card information and then used it to pay my account balance right away! Great customer service!!!

BrickHouse Security has excellent customer service! No waiting in a queue. Trish was quick and knowledgeable. She made it easy to correct my problem. In less than 5 minutes we were finished. Excellent service and excellent company. I also love knowing exactly where my vehicles are at all times. This service is worth every penny! Love it!

It's definitely the best I have yet


It's definitely the best I have yet tried and I've tried several. I don't think I'll be trying out anymore trackers. I would and will recommend this tracker and this company to anybody and all who may or may not need to keep tabs on their vehicles. And the customer service is also great with any questions I have had. Thank you for being the best company I've dealt with on something like this

the support from the agent named Trish is worth it to have this service, he has absolutely lots of patience with me and sent me pictures to understand what we were talking about.

It works as advertised.

Unfortunately, we have felt the need to track our adult daughter's whereabouts from time to time.
Your service is just what we need.
She has agreed to this, so it was easy to mount the tracking device in the rear hatch area.
The by minute update is enough.
Essentially, she knows that we know, and that helps to keep us in the comfort zone.

Ordered the Spark Nano 7 with the super


Ordered the Spark Nano 7 with the super magnetic case. It said 2 day shipping and that accurate. When I got the product it was exactly as described. I had to reach out to support to find out what app to download and Czarmaine helped me in lightning speed. I’m very thankful for the quick support that offered via SMS. It wasn’t charged but it charging now. As soon as I plugged it in it immediately located itself on gps and that was verified by me downloading and logging into the app BPS:GPS TRACKING. So far so good. It has located directly at my house and seems to be charging accordingly.
