I called to temporarily cancel my


I called to temporarily cancel my subscription for the 2 devices that I have because we had some major remodeling done and Trish helped me out by letting me know that my subscription charges are for every 3 months and gave me a few free months to help me out. I am extremely grateful for her happy, helpful and friendly service!

Service has been great had a small issue and they made is correct right away and for the money you really cant beat there price point on equipment or monthly service

I found this service to always be reliable and the customer support is always very responsive and quick to help. Even if I have stupid questions. I would recommend them to anyone in need of this. Customer service Trish was very helpful and fixed my problem without haste

My experience has been absolutely amazing

My experience has been absolutely amazing. It is very up-to-date and on the spot I like that it gives me the address of where it is printed on the map very accurate and very usable. I have no complaints at the moment.working with Trish has been a great experience!

Excellent service !!!!

I was having a hard time setting
Login info. Kelvin stayed on line with me for o er 30 mins while I worked on it. Didn't hang up till I was finished. Appreciate the time and experience he. brought to the app I was on. Could never have done it without him !!!

You can always count on the technicians at Brickhouse security

I I hadn’t forgotten how to reboot and restart the Odyssey unit so I contacted Brickhouse security. Czarmaine was quick to response. Follow me through step-by-step to get my unit up and running and about a minute and a half there was no pressure or anxiety throughout this process. Brickhouse security I’ll pay my go to Four any tracking devices or GPS?

Happy tracker

I have not used it a lot yet but it is easy to use and has a lot of info to use,installed and activated easy enough all in all I am very satisfied with the performance.customer service is awsome also.

Great experience from start to finish

Great experience from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and made everything easy to understand. Installation was quick and done right the first time, and they took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. I feel much more secure knowing everything is set up properly. very accurate

very accurate, doesn't use 5g (which I love), and my 10 year old can stick the magnetic case right on his bike. we also live in northern minnesota where the temperature is currently 19° F and the tracker is unaffected! so far so good. does the job at a very affordable price. beats anything I'd find on Amazon that's for sure

When my mother somehow disconnected the


When my mother somehow disconnected the tracker in her car, I had some difficulty getting it reconnected. I texted and spoke to Czarmaine who was very helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through reconnection step by step. Having the tracker on my mother's car is so very important because of her dementia and I felt like Czarmaine really cared. Thank you so much for your assistance and I would recommend this product and service to everyone!
