At Bridgend Motor Group we are proud to celebrate over 90 years investing in Ayrshire. From small beginnings, we’re still a family-owned firm, now with over 240 local employees, and 7 branches covering North, South & East Ayrshire.

Bridgend Motor Group now comprises thirteen departments whose operations encompass used car sales, used commercial vehicle sales, service, maintenance, MOT and accident repair. The company is still family owned and run with many members of the McLaughlan family in key positions. Now with some of the 4th generation working in the business. We have over 200 local employees many of whom have been with the company in excess of 10 years and some for more than 30 years! A family owned company, renowned for its excellent quality of service.

Great experience start to finish

Great experience start to finish, very happy with my new truck so far. Hassle free transaction and I received a fair price on my px vehicle.

I’d highly recommend dealing with Alan Dunn the salesperson he has been honest and genuine throughout.

Car purchase

Dealt with Chris. No pressure and honest kept in touch throughout process and when there was a delay in picking car up made me aware straight away. Good company to deal with and love the car thanks for a great experience as was buying the car for my daughter who loves it.

Recent car purchase

Recent car purchase went smoothly. Went to see three in all, they even went to the trouble to bring one in from another site for me. All cars were well presented and was able to test drive the one I eventually purchased. Prices were not above the average I found. They sorted out a broken glove box before I returned to pick the car up, and even gave me a sneaky darts. challenge to save an extra £100. If only my darts has been better on the day.

Great service! Highly recommended.

Once again, great service from Bridgend Kilmarnock. Craig McLauchlan couldn’t have been more helpful. 2nd time I’ve purchased a car with Craig’s help and I’d certainly recommend him to others. No hard sell, just a professional, friendly approach & on hand with any questions before, during and after the sale was completed. A credit to the team.
