This company should be held accountable for false advertising. Don't fall for their gift card deals, it's a scam that's not worth the hassle. Hopefully, one day they get sued for scamming people. Shame on you broadbandchoices!

Was offered α &55 voucher for α new broadband contract and still not received and no reply when I email them! Avoid at all costs

Switched to Virgin Mobile in June via broadbandchoices with an incentive of a £20 Amazon voucher.

Tried to phone them repeatedly with no luck.

Emailed them in August bit got no reply.

Its now December and still no Amazon voucher. Bunch of scammers!!!

I bought the Virgin Media M125 boardband service on 30 May 2023 and booked for installation on 23 Jun 2023.

According to this company, I would get £80 Gift Card once I have completed my order and this purchase has been validated by Virgin Media. This could take up to 120 days. But now, 7 Nov 2023, over 150 days from Purchase day and 130days from installation day. No matter, which day they count, they cannot meet their timescale.

I sent 3 emails to customer.service & vouchers mentioning the delay, all I received were auto reply. Really disappointed. I planned to use the Gift Card during Thanksgiving originally. Really a scam, they will just skip your reward if you don't take any action. Avoid

broadbandchoices.co.uk and moneysupermarket.com IS PROPER SCAM AND FRAUDULENT. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE MY £150 VOUCHER. I EMAILED THEM MANY TIMES BUT NOTHING GOT YET. So I am taking legal action against this company for mis-selling products, breaching consumer rights, and breaking the commitment. I will also report this company to the relevant authorities and consumer watchdogs for thier fraudulent and unfair practices.

I WILL SUE THEM FOR £MILLION.

Misleading information. I signed up for broadband and I was promised an Amazon gift card, but it's been over 120 days and I haven't received it. I emailed twice but received no replies. This is a scam.

I've been misled by BroadbandChoices as I was promised a Amazon gift card for signing up with Community Fibre. After waiting several months and emailing both "vouchers at broadbandchoices.co.uk" and "customerservices at moneysupermarket.com" neither has bothered to reply to my email let alone give me the gift card. I see that I am not alone here and I wonder whether it's a scam and should be reported to the FCA.

I have desperately trying to contact Broadband Choices by the email address (customer service one and the vouchers one) and the only reply is as below :

Not good so far to say the least. No Amazon voucher was sent as promised. About 10 months into the virgin media contract now. Emailed a few times, given deadlines that have passed, spoken to virgin, complained to virgin, still not heard back from “giftcloud”or “broadbandchoices”. It’s an £85 Amazon voucher! ima keep at it as failure to provide is clearly a breach of contract in my case. I confirmed it with virgin TWICE on recorded lines before taking out the broadband package with them anticipating this very issue... Surprising that so many big brands work with them, clearly negatively impacts their public image. Either way, I’m gonna get this voucher! Keep at it all! These kinds of business practices are frankly disgusting and we have to stand up and call them out as we see them :)

Update: Voucher was received after long time and difficult to contact the provider.

Just to clarify for the reply from BBS. I sent my query to the correct email address. I had to put it in the format I did, because Trustpilot don’t allow email addresses to be in customer reviews. I did get a reply from BBS after sending my enquiry via a gmail account. After my previous post on here the emails from my other 2 accounts have now been accepted🤔

This is a scam!!!!!!!, support ticket #881925. I bought a virgin broadband and was promised a £150 amazon voucher. I sent an email to request the voucher, this is email I got' ...... your voucher expired on 19/92/2023. We are regrettably unable to reissue vouchers once they have expired.
I did not even get any voucher from them. This is a scam.

I wish I googled some reviews before taking a broadband. No voucher sent and emails to customer.service at broadbandchoices.co.uk hit a wall. No response
PS. I am not sure if broadband choices even read any reviews. If you check other responses to the reviews, you could observe that they just copy paste the same response to everyone.

I have archiving on my emails to know I wasn’t sent anything, Broadband choices cannot provide the email that was sent and refuse to send one.

Joined Vodafone broadband in November, promised £120 gift voucher. Says you'll receive after 120 days. Am still yet to receive.

Switched broadband through them, waited 100 days for my voucher and got nothing.

Emailed them multiple times to follow up and have been ignored constantly. Anyone getting a response is clearly very lucky.

Wish i hadn't used them in the end.

Do not honour the offer emailed. I would advise to avoid.

UPDATE: Despite emailing customer.service I have just been told that I need to wait for another 20 days. I've been chasing this for weeks now!!!!

8 emails and 9 months after purchasing my package. They have still not delivered my voucher. Every email I send they get back to me and say 'wait for 20 days'. I get back in touch after 20 days and they request more information. Only for them to say wait another 20 days. Avoid
