He has been polite, informative, and patient with managing my insurance from the initial phone call, as well as throughout while managing and assisting me along the way cleaning up the mess a previous insurer has left me in due to their severe administrative errors. We bought insurance in a hurry from these scammers as we were buying a car that day, trusting they would be legit as we found them through compare the market. Only after we had paid over £800 were we told we would need to speak to them on the phone to confirm insurance details. The man who called was very pushy and insisted my husband answer his questions there and then, despite my husband saying he was driving and requesting a callback later. With a little more time we found a better policy for less than half the price. When we called to cancel we were charged over £100 - £75 cancellation fee and £30 for 2 days of cover. This is clearly their business model - pressure selling, deceptive practices and extortionate fees. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great experience, had a lovely woman named Jat, had a lot to go through and was very thorough, my first solution for van insurance had failed but jat came back to the phone with a second solution which worked. Very much appreciated as I was on route to collect my van as we were speaking. Would definitely recommend

I was quoted a price, then paid £180 deposit. As far as I was concerned that was it, I was covered and it listed the instalment amount. I then received a call, and wasted 40 mins on the phone going through the same questions I had already answered. To then be told they cant insure me but another company can for another £500 more. They are misleading people, they agreed to refund my deposit but I had to wait for 2-4 working days. So what am I supposed to do. Then I requested to speak to a manager but funnily enough no one was available. Do not use this company they are not professional and are luring people in.
