Absolute shambles of an insurer. Takes money when they feel like it without permission and feed you poor excuses each time. I paid my premium but 2 weeks later £150 gets taken off a card I didnât give them details for, for no reason at all & they couldnât explain why.

Absolutely a rip off insurance provider, you provide all the right information online, they take your money and then they make you call them and thatâs when the fun starts. Staff I spoke to were rude, spoke over me and told me my ncb canât be used and they would need to update quote. At this point I advised I wasnât going to proceed as they were a con and asked for deposit refund. Absolutely a rip off
