It's funny that this site gives you a free trial, but the trial doesn't work
Then technical support tells you to upgrade your account to try what this nonsense is
Why offer a free trial if the trial does not work in reality? I do not like lying and this site is a liar
As long as the site is lying from the beginning before purchase, how will it be after purchase? I think this site is one of the worst sites I have ever come across in my life.

They don't support changing setting on ios device !
App store is not working on ios device!

And the message says " Access to the AppStore is restricted in BrowserStack Live."

This is ridiculous ! and it's a big scam for taking 400 dollars !! to avoid at all costs

The support is not responding. I don't have time for such things. So I am applying to another service.

This application is a mess, especially for individuals with an intermittent, variable month usage requirements - they have no plan to match this. The 'freelancer' plan has a very low monthly allowance (of which you can't see your usage from within the app) and if that's enough for you, you likely won't use it for several months. Then, the one month you do need it, you'll burn through the allowance in next to no time. There support is staggeringly unhelpful and seemingly unable to even answer basic questions about their services.

I wouldn't be able to develop anything without this.

You have to get the paid plan to make any use of it - but it's definetely worth it.

Free trial is way too short – so I was forced to purchase it for $49 per month only to figure out that it doesn't fulfill my needs. Overpriced too.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews about their billing practices and my heart goes out to people who go through frustrating experiences. With that being said, my experience is that this is a great interface for testing how my website looks on different devices. I wouldn't be able to do it without them. My problem has more to do with my site not loading on some of the test results. I'm not sure if it is my site's load speed that is causing the issue. I will optimize my website load time and then come back and edit this review. Other than that I am very pleased with this product.

was billing me for over a year (yes office personnel missed this but found during a bookkeeping review)

the email the sent billing to doesn't exists and they claim it was canceled the reinstated 6 months later.

Extremely poor experience, careful not to make an honest mistake as there are NO Refunds at all, They also make it very difficult to cancel.

It's really hard to find cancelation. I just want to use a 'freelance plan' once. But, still got charged on 2nd month. Real bad experience

Went to sign up for the freelancer plan at $19 billed monthly and the payment was blocked by my bank. I'm glad it was when I looked because they had tried to charge me $700!! Do not trust this company at all.

Total fraud company. Product doesn't work. Never give any payment info to this company. They will keep charging you for no reason even after cancellation. I wish I never knew this company.

Time waste, and doesn't even work. I will not recommend buying any plan even no need to sign up

Poi hanno disdetto l'abbonamento ma continuano ancora a fare addebiti ogni mese sebbene io non posso accedere ai servizi

A big Scam.
I wanted to try it for 20 minutes and I payed 20$ for a really bad experience.

A month later (of course they are charging at the beginning of the month) I've noticed they are still charging my account for another 20$.

There is no button for canceling subscription, no chat, still waiting for support to answer my emails.

Stay away from this kind of scams and especially don't supply them with your credit info because this one also cannot be deleted.
