Between the Sheets レビュー

My husband and I visited the store and we were so surprised by the
Service we received, The assistant manager, a man took us through
The store. He was so friendly and he knew his products so well. The place was so clean, well arranged items and lots of variety goods to buy. I am from Canada and if I have another opportunity to go back, sure I won’t hesitate to go back and I strongly recommend anyone to go there and make as many purchases as they want.

Great selection of interesting and beautiful items. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff.

I find the crew in this store very willing to help and work hard to make sure you are pleased. They have an excellent selection of sheets for electric beds and a wonderful selection.

The best sheets ever!!
Wash great and last years!

I always enjoy my experience here. There's always friendly faces working and the space is really peaceful. When time is on my side, it's an excellent experience. One thing that would be a great improvement for me is that for some reason their check out system takes a long time, It's never quick and simple like the majority of retail locations. So when I'm in hurry, I've started to go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service, friendly staff who are interested in what your needs are for the immediate situation and what future needs you might have. The store is well stocked, immaculate and has great variety of merchandise. You are guaranteed to find something you need or want. I love this store, although prices are higher than others, they always have periodic sales if you have the opportunity to wait.

I was sent a sheet set came out of the packaging with stains on them. The quality has gone downhill over the years; of these sheets prices are high and colors not available in many different styles.

The best store!!! Love the store on El Paseo in Palm Desert!

When u r looking for ‘la creme de la creme’ & when ONLY the BEST will do, then, Between the Sheets is the store for u! Their superb array of outrageously beautiful, many one-of-a kind, au courant, high end gifts, furnishings and homewares ( for all budgets), coupled with the most professional, knowledgeable and the warmest staff ( Dennis, Theresa, & Eric) makes shopping a unique experience. Thank u Between the Sheets for enhancing my home with taste, perfection & individuality! I am forever grateful that u shine on El Paseo!

Great shop. Very fancy and beautiful!!

Great selection, helpful staff, best of the best products. A little pricey, wish they had a lower mark-up. Rent is high on El Paseo

The best sheets I ever bought in my life! I bought the first and second set which lastest 15 years. No color fading, soft as a cloud. I suspect my next purchase which was about a year ago will take me at least as long.
The sales are fabulous - so wait for a sale.

My favorite place to shop for linen. Their linen are so durable and beautiful. They have so many choices of not just linen but bath accessories as well. Thanks to Tina who assisted me with my project this summer. She made it so easy for me to have a stress free experience.

They have great selections and are very helpful!

The sales people go all out to make sure you get exactly what you want. Sure, it’s a luxury but we spend a third of our lives sleeping and they’re not much more costly than Macy’s.

All in all satisfied with selection and service.

I shop in Del Mar, and Trudy is great. She is always a huge help, always friendly and sweet and willing to find something for you if she doesn't have it in stock - but that's rare, because the inventory is great!

For the most part the staff in the stores are not very nice to work with. There are a few good ones (mostly men), but overall the staff and managers are persnickety and think they are better than you. You are not treated well. Just not usually a fun experience. Return policy is beyond ridiculous. If you can't bring something home to try at high end prices, then it generally isn't worth trying it. I have 3 or 4 items that are brand new I would have loved to returned a year ago. They are in the closet and cost well over $500. Products are the best, most excellent quality, but shopping experience is far from excellent.
