I found so many choices here for my new master bedroom, but most importantly I found exactly what I was looking for. There is nowhere like this where I live. Their great sales staff was so helpful and spent as much time as I needed to complete my project. I will definitely be back.

I was shopping for a thank you gift for my friend. The sales lady handled the gift wrapping and shipping of the gift with ease. My friend received it within 4 or 5 days and loved it. I can always count on your store to find beautiful treasures.

I found your merchandise overpriced and overrated. Towels I purchased were flimsy so I returned them. I bought two sets of bedsheets costing several hundred dollars, and they shrank when washed.

I love walking into paradise. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the product selection is fabulous.

I always enjoy shopping a Between the Sheets in all their locations. The sales can be confusing, especially if you lose your postcard.

Love this store. Fine products, and they assist to find good deals for the specific items you are shopping for

BTS did a great job of making the sell, but the customer ended there. We had questions relative to a large promotional sale that began just days after our purchase (and we asked our salesperson if there were any upcoming sales and she assured us there were none) and every level of management that we attempted to speak to was evasive, none responsive and rude! It was clear that the company motto was sealing the deal of the sale. It was a very disappointing experience! I have additional bedding that I'd still like to obtain, but find it extremely difficult to return. Hoping that my experience was an isolated one.

Selection good, staff helpful, prices high

Between the Sheets offers a fabulous selection of luxury bedding and home items. I especially enjoy shopping for unique gifts at Between the Sheets.

Product is expensive such as bedsheets but the quality compared to similar products not up to par.
Thread count quality is different for the same specification and the feel and touch vastly inferior

I had a very bad experience. I bought a chair, went back to take it home and they said they had mis- marked it and would not let me take it. Consumer Affairs tried to deal with them and they refused. I was instructed by Consumer Affairs to take it to small claims court. I decide to let it go. But I shared my story to many, who will not shop there again.

We have had wonderful service at this fascinating store!

Lovely store. Exceptional items. Beautiful linens & home items. Really a lovely staff there to answer all your questions. I love this store.

I bought a duvet cover ,shams and a down insert quilt blanket. I have had them for at least four years now and have washed them over and over and they look brand new still. Great quality. My only reservation would be I wish they would carry more oversized duvet covers and down quilt inserts so it would cover a pillowtop mattress that is 17-1/2 thick . You can get the length but not the width. I haven't seen that yet. Hard to find.

I have purchased several sets of sheets from Between the Sheets and have never been disappointed ... the sheets are of the highest quality and, although they are a little pricey, they do last and hold up very well thru many launderings .. still soft and great to sleep on
