I had a really positive experience at Bucherer UK. The service felt professional from start to finish, but also very natural and welcoming rather than overly formal.

Marek looked after me during my visit and was genuinely excellent. He was patient, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable about watches. He explained the details of the pieces I was interested in, answered my questions properly, and gave helpful advice without making me feel rushed or pressured.

What stood out to me most was his attitude. He seemed genuinely proud to work for Bucherer and really cared about giving a high level of service. That made the experience feel much more personal and trustworthy.

Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit, and Marek definitely made a great impression. I would be very happy to come back again.

Linda attended to me for the Servicing of my Rolex and other serviced. She is an excellent staff who likes to take care of her customers, she is truly an asset to Rolex and hereby recommended for the highest consideration ever.

Fantastic service from Rolex Selfridges, bought an Explorer 2 after a bad experience from another dealership, also dropped off my Submariner for service. The service from the team was exceptional ( especially Linda 👍 who went over and beyond to help me and my wife )

I recently visited a Rolex boutique at Selfridges and had an outstanding customer service experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and treated with genuine professionalism. The first staff was Linda and were incredibly knowledgeable about the watches with her infectious laugh. and took the time to understand my preferences without making me feel rushed or pressured.

What impressed me most was her attention to detail and passion for the brand. She carefully explained the features, history, and craftsmanship behind each timepiece, making the entire experience both informative and enjoyable.

The level of service truly reflected the prestige of Rolex—elegant, attentive, and customer-focused. I left feeling valued and confident in my decision about the Land dweller steel in size 40mm. I would highly recommend visiting this boutique to anyone looking for a premium and memorable shopping experience.

Great experience at Covent Garden! My wife and I visited over the weekend and were very impressed by the warm and welcoming team. Maryam looked after us and she had great knowledge of multiple watch brands and jewellery.
She was very patient taking the time to explain benefits/ features of the different brands and walk us through what could Work for our different requirements.
Syerita was also on hand to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We were very impresssed with the team as a whole including the security who worked professionally. They all looked to really enjoy their work. We are already planning our next visit and think this boutique will be our 1st choice for watch/ jewellery purchase for the foreseeable future.

Came into store at Selfridges Bucherer and met with Linda, who was absolutely great to deal with. She was very patient, provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience seamless and comfortable. Any questions I had, she would explain in great detail and went above and beyond what most would expect. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking or thinking of purchasing at the store. Overall, great experience driven by her professional and dedicated customer service!

We recently purchased two timepieces from Mrs Syerita Williams at Bucherer London and had a wonderful experience. Syerita was incredibly helpful, engaging, and provided outstanding customer service throughout. She made the whole process enjoyable and seamless. We’re delighted with our purchases and would happily recommend her to our friends and family.

Visited Rolex store in Covent Garden’s early this month, kristoff was amazing, kind and patient and really knew his stuff. Highly recommend him if anyone wants to get a Rolex, he will for sure give you the 5 star treatment :)

Visited Bucherer Covent Garden today, whilst passing and very pleasantly surprised by the experience. Staff were all attentive and polite with no 'attitude' like some high end boutiques sometimes give. So very welcoming. I tried on quite a few watches, from my current budget right up to dream, lottery territory. They were only too happy to oblige. The industry need more of this approach - long term thinking for customer care. A big thank you. Real food for thought and I expect to return and purchase at some point, to add to the collection! 😁

Great service,excellent quality

They are still adhering to the outdated idea of having a long ‘purchase history’ before being offered a Rolex. I visited last year to put my name down, was told this year that they had the watches, but didn’t offer it because there were other customers who had a purchase history with them. Pathetic! So you want me to buy things I don’t want or need before I’m offered one? I’d be paying the same price as the ones with a purchase history. Giving Rolex a bad name.

Had a wonderful experience visiting the Covent Garden store. Hoping to check out the latest examples of the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches, especially the GMT range. My wife and I were greeted by by Alessio who was happy to retrieve a number of Rolex GMT examples to handle and try on. Alessio then hosted a relaxed (champagne included) and informative tour of many of the remarkable examples of watches and jewellery on offer in store, detailing each brand and their heritage. Customer service at its finest. Our visit to the Bucherer store complemented our weekend experiences in London.

I've been waiting for my 50th birthday Rolex watch for 3 years unfortunately i am now 52, so fingers crossed i will be considered soon. Just wanted to say when i call the store at Westfield they are very friendly and helpful assuring me that i am registered and one day i will get my watch.
I have downloaded the app and its great to view all the pre owned watches and check my product registration.
