Budget Windows Ltd  レビュー

The new windows really lift the houses appearance. I noticed immediately how much warmer the rooms seem. The windows were installed by a great team Gary & Adam who obviously have a great empathy with each other and work with a unified process. They were very respectful of our property with dust sheets covering the walk ways and work area and tidying as they went a long The manufacturers of the windows made a mistake with the measurement of one of our outside sills the back office were quick to order a replacement and kept us informed about the new fitting schedule the replacement came two days later and Gary and Adam gave up some of their down time and fitted the new window that day. A first class team recognized by our cat Storm who wanted to go home with Gary.

I haven’t had my windows fitted yet but everyone who has been involved in the process have been pleasant and friendly and very professional.

Fantastic experience with Budget Windows! Lots of detail in description of windows and doors. A swift and professional process.

Very unprofessional! Sales manager was rude. The person who came to measure my windows was highly inappropriate, saying he would drunk call me

Bez (Mr. Bayat) came to present their products to us.

Sadly we don't have the urge to replace our windows yet. However he has been very professional and helpful. We now know about their products well and will give them a ring when we plan to replace our windows!

From the first conversation with Alison who kept me informed of any updates and scheduling to all the team involved.
The two guys that came to install the three windows, arrived slightly earlier than planned, were excellent and job completed in two and a half hours.
Extremely satisfied with the quality of the windows and the service provided by Budget Windows. Value for money.
Highly recommend.

I had a bespoke window put in and I would have given 5 stars but I think there is a lack of communication between the trades. Having said that, a fantastic job was done. I would also like to compliment all concerned who kept in touch with me from beginning to end. I would certainly recommend this company.

Wow we really love our Sash windows and door top quality, totally transformed our home. In fact we were so impressed ordered further windows to complete the house. Fitters very professional and highly skilled at their job. Had an few issues at the beginning but nothing that didn’t get sorted. Alison in the office was always helpful and at hand if we had any questions. If you are looking for new windows and doors these are the guys, top quality, great job and highly recommended.

I found them extremely helpful. There representative Tony was very kind couldn't do enough to help me and go through everything .

Installing new bathroom window Before they started Gary & Adam prepared by laying dust sheets to protect the carpets.
They worked quickly & cleaned up any debris & dust.
They then showed us the workings of the window & inspected it with us for any damage.

Fabulous beautiful doors highly recommended Gary and Adam cleaned up aswell 💯 work perfect highly appreciated
Customer Service is brilliant from start to finish I can’t explain just how good this company is

Jennifer was very helpful throughout the process, the fitting was easy and friendly- we love our new doors :)

The company did great pleased I went with this company couldn’t fault them at all even the lads that came to install the windows and door was a smashing pair or lads chatted as they were doing the job or the lady that rang and asked if everything went well Jennifer bainbridge was polite when I spoke to her

Workmen were on the ball. Worked not stop. The work they did was great and beyond our expectations.
Would recommend them anytime.

Das and Rob done a Fantastic job fitting 12 windows there were clean, tidy and only took one and a half days to fit. Budget Windows are the BEST 10 out 10.

Excellent company to do your home fantastic communication constantly checking to make sure the installation process runs smoothly had full house done windows and doors over the moon with the end result

I had new patio doors fitted. From start to finish, everyone was very helpful and informative and friendly. The doors themselves were fitted perfectly and in a timely manner. After sales has been great and poor Jennifer bairnbridge has been trying to ensure I had a good experience for about a week but I kept missing her calls. They really wanted to ensure the job was to my satisfaction which is very good service.

top notch excellent in every way from the initial contact, pricing and fitting Daz and Rob did a fantastic job with the installing exceptional workmanship nothing was too much trouble an left the house and garden in pristine condition afterwards Allison kept in contact before during and after to make sure all was well wouldnt hesitate to contact in the future for our next home improvement project. updated after follow up call from customer services - 20yr guarantee is correct does cover colour inc gray , glass plastic etc and is independantly insurance backed by Assure , probably initial hic up caused by merging of many brands under one umbrella we received a 10yr old outdated guarantee by mistake from one of the merged brands "budget windows" in this instance, lucky spot by me now all good - got there in the end. happyness restored

Had our windows and new front door fitted today, Gary and Adam have done an awesome job fitting! Very freindly and polite. Would recommend both Budget Windows and the lads to anyone of my family and freinds. Excellent Service all round!

Really odd company. We have a beautiful holiday cottage in the Yorkshire Dales. Enquired about new windows and doors but aparantly they won’t fit windows and doors to holidays cottages. Weird! I’ve never been discriminated against as a holiday cottage owner.
