Friendly lady who understood what I was saying the first time I explained and gave me the correct advice immediately, following it up with the written info by email so I didn't have to take notes. They also saved me over £1500! If you're hesitating, ring them!

I spoke to Martin at Business debt line. I was looking into ways in which I could deal with my business BBL as I had been paying it for 3 yrs but was told there were ways in which I could strike off the debt. Martin was very knowledgeable, asked me lots of questions and gave me some confident process which I could action to resolve the issue. Since then I have actioned the advice and things look to be going in the right direction.
