Such a good nursery. Prices are good for the area, the staff are kind and caring with the children. They get a good variety of food, in a lovely setting and much more homely than some of the nurseries I went to visit that looked really clinical for the babies.

Taking good care of my son and l see improvements everyday. Keep me well updated on his progress.

My husband and I have been impressed with Busy Bees Bitterswell. Staff are all very friendly, helpful and approachable. Our daughter has come on leaps and bounds since attending and a big mention to Lisa the cook!

I would give 5 stars, but I give 4 just because I pay for the bank holidays and the nursery is closed, I think It’s not fair. But besides that she’s really happy and I really like it.

Lovely nursery - my daughter settled extremely quickly and the staff are lovely.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our daughter’s nursery. She absolutely loves going and gets so excited to go in, which gives us such peace of mind knowing she is happy and settled.

Since starting nursery, her speech has come on so much and we have noticed such a big difference in her confidence. It’s lovely to see how much she has grown and developed, and we know the nursery has played a huge part in this.

All of the staff are so lovely, caring and welcoming, and we always feel that our daughter is well looked after. We receive lots of updates throughout the day, which we really appreciate as it’s lovely to see what she has been getting up to.

She also really enjoys the food, and the nursery is always clean, tidy and well managed. The manager and deputy manager are both incredibly helpful, approachable and always happy to help whenever we have a question or need anything.

We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our daughter to learn, grow and build her confidence. ❤️

My little ones loved Busy Bees the most and settled well. It’s been a great journey for them and had so much lovely memories.

Our child was at this nursery from 9 months until when the nursery closed the first time in June. Until February this year, we had a wonderful experience with Busy Bees, we had fabulous key workers, Maddie, Laura, Kirra and Kirsty. However, since February, our child would not have known her keyworker, she became incredibly upset getting ready for nursery, not wanting to go, asking to stay at home. Since the nursery closed the first time, I have been been made aware that due to so many different staff, the children were moved between rooms multiple times a day, moved roughly by staff. Also, the children were told off for having accidents and for our child, this had a significant impact on a sense of panic whenever the toilet was needed and we hadnt realised why. We didn't return when they re-opened and would not return due to the negative impact had on our child.

In the few months since my son started nursery, I have been so happy with the experience. The whole team are fantastic and you can tell they genuinely care for the children. My son has a great bond with his key worker, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend the nursery to anyone.

Incredibly lovely and caring staff, both our children are extremely happy here

Lovley staff in bombos 2 however the senior management team ain't a clue how to run the nursey. The area manager telling everyone at 5 on Friday they have no childcare for 6 weeks. Loosing your registration isn't done for no reason and how it's been handled by busy bees is appalling

Hudson will miss Emily Kim and the others in the room they was all so nice and helped him thrive so thank you for that

My son has been at the nursery for about 2.5years now and i can see he has come a long way especially in the past year. The staff are very polite and welcoming and they put in a lot of effort for the children which i can see in how much my son likes to go to nursery.

The whole staff is great, they genuinely care for the kids and they prepare a lot of fantastic activities for then to thrive. The food of the nursery is also amazing. Our son had such a great time there. He will be missing all her teachers

My daughter is very happy when she goes to nursery, and that is the most important thing to me. The staff are wonderful, and communication with them is excellent too.

Busy Bees in Ayr is/was an amazing place for my child to grow and learn. The staff are absolutely amazing and care and love the children like they are their own. We as parents, are all deeply saddened that the Ayr branch has been forced to close.

Busy Bees as a company, I do not rate at all. They told both parents and staff they would help support us and the kids with finding other nursery facilities, which they didn't. They also said they'd answer any questions we had in regards to the closure of the Ayr branch, however when hard questions were asked, we were ignored or giving generic answers which didn't actually answer anything.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Ayr Branch. My child will deeply miss them all. My negative comments are in no way directed towards them. But at Busy Bees as a whole and how they dealt with an extremely difficult time for not only their nursery families, but their staff that give their all everyday.

Please note my star rating is directed at the whole company not the Ayr branch in anyway whatsoever, I give them 5 ⭐️
