Bradley did an amazing job for us on the purchase of a house. The sale was complicated but Bradley was attentive, supportive and responsive to our queries and needs and we highly recommend his service and that of Butler & Stag.

We had a nightmare of a time with another estate agent selling our home before Bradley came on and sold it within a couple of days with multiple offers. He also helped us secure the purchase of our dream home keeping the whole thing together which at times could’ve easily fallen apart.
Bradley was so helpful and always quick to respond with any questions we had. His level of efficiency, managing the chain and drive to get everything over the line is second to none. We’ve worked with a couple of estate agents in the past and no one compares.

We've just exchanged on a property bought through Butler & Stag - the service has been first-class. We mainly dealt with Charlie Parsons, whose knowledge of the area and the local property market is exceptional, and he couldn't have been more supportive or patient as we were viewing houses. Since we had an offer accepted, he's been the perfect middleman - everyone in the chain needed to get the move done pretty quickly, and he really drove it forward. He's an excellent communicator, always available to help out or answer questions, and it made a massive difference.

We don't plan to move again, but if we do, we'll go to Butler & Stag.

After an unsuccessful house hunt with another well known agent we registered with Butler & Stagg. Their enthusiastic approach made us feel that we could get our dream home after many months of fruitless searching. Athos was brilliant and his confidence that he would help us to achieve our move galvanised us. They dealt with both the sale of our old home and the purchase of of our new house. Although our sale wasn’t as straightforward as we would have hoped, he was there to reassure us that he would get the sale over the line and he was as good as his word. He was always a phone call away, at all hours, to deal with any issues or to offer advice. I must also mention Aiden who did our original viewing of our new home and Oliver who did many viewings for the sale of our house as they were always prompt and gave us continual feedback. Beth also was quick to respond to any queries. We finally received the keys to our new home last month and I’m not sure that it would have happened without the team at Butler & Stagg who made it all possible. We can’t thank them enough and would definitely recommend.

Great service, really straight forward experience with letting my property. Great communication, quick responses to all queries and requests from both Wayne and Sophie at the Theydon Bois office.

The Bow office were fantastic. Responsive, professional and truly went above and beyond. Special mention for Simon Harrington who was brilliant. It was the first time I had worked with the agency but we achieve two lets and both in record time! Highly recommend and I am looking forward to working with Paul and the team again soon.

Very underwhelmed by their service, called into their Theydon Bois office last Saturday 28/5 only to be told they had no one to speak to me regarding a property they had for sale. The receptionist (only one in the office as far as I could tell) took my phone No and email address and assured me someone would contact me the following Monday nobody bothered to contact me! I feel they must be doing really well when they can afford to leave their office virtually unmanned on what could be their busiest day for walk in trade, more so if they can let a prospective buyer slip through their fingers, I've also a property to sell so that's another lot of commission they probably don't want either
