Oscar was friendly and approachable. He went out of his way to allow us access to the property when we needed it for measuring up. He understood our needs for a social independent living scenario and did lots of research to make sure we had the right place. Thank you.

Chris was amazing. We had our house online with another local agent who didn’t give us the best experience as well as minimal viewings. He had reached out advising us to come with Cairds and within a week we had 10+ viewings and multiple offers helping us pick out the right family to live in our property. The service has been excellent all the way through and i would recommend Chris and his personal touch to any landlord who is struggling with other agents in the area.

Oscar’s calm personality helped a stressful sale complete. He reassured us through out the sale. I would highly recommend Cairds of Epsom and especially Oscar.

And I would always hear from the solicitors within hours after he said he would "chase things up".

Luke at Cairds has been excellent throughout a fairly complex chain purchase. Proactive with updates, easy to get hold of, and clearly worked hard to keep things moving when issues arose further up the chain. Really appreciated his communication and persistence during a stressful process.

I visited our flat at Novellus court on 11th April. Since seeing it and settling in on 29th Lola has helped us achieve this. She is very enthusiastic and quickly responds to my calls or concerns. She is calm under pressure ! She came to visit John and was very understanding with some problems.
Although the move in day was quite stressful we have managed to make it a home. Thank you!
