We have had an exceptional experience working with Cairds, specifically with Luke Levy. He is by far the best Estate Agent we have ever worked with. You can rely on him to keep solicitors moving forwards, keeping you updated and he has been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. We had our offer accepted and contracts exchanged within 4 weeks and his pace played a huge part in this.

From the moment Gary Trower came out to value our late Aunts Epsom property we knew we had chosen the right estate agent to sell it. Christian has been an incredible help throughout our moving journey. He's always brought great energy to every viewing, has been consistently reliable, and has made the whole process much smoother with his excellent communication and support.

I advised Cairds that my husband had passed away & that I would be vacating the rental property. Months later I get an email regarding a property inspection. I contacted Cairds by phone. Very pleasant. Explained, again, that my husband was DEAD and that I did not appreciate this correspondence. I was assured the computer would be updated to reflect the current situation. I was surprised to receive an email a week later (today) asking US to choose a day for a property inspection. Come on, Cairds, do what you’re supposed to do when someone dies and stop upsetting the widow!

A huge thank you to Jo and Gavin at Cairds for helping us through our purchase. They were incredibly responsive, proactive and always easy to deal with. They certainly kept us on our toes with their chasing - but always in a friendly and respectful way, and it was clear they were working hard to keep everything moving forward. Their persistence and dedication helped push the transaction along, and we really appreciated their efforts throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to use Cairds again in the future and would highly recommend them.

Chris was amazing. We had our house online with another local agent who didn’t give us the best experience as well as minimal viewings. He had reached out advising us to come with Cairds and within a week we had 10+ viewings and multiple offers helping us pick out the right family to live in our property. The service has been excellent all the way through and i would recommend Chris and his personal touch to any landlord who is struggling with other agents in the area.

I was a buyer, & felt Oscar handled the difficult balance of conflicting interest between buyer & seller with honesty & charm. And the main thing is - we got there!
He also had a sixth sense for calling me during the quiet/edgy period when solicitors are doing their thing, just as I was thinking "must call Oscar, find out what's going on".
And I would always hear from the solicitors within hours after he said he would "chase things up".
