The Epsom branch is a really great team. We have rented our flat in Capitol Square with them for five years and they have always been helpful and efficient. In particular, Stephanie has been really supportive and helpful and she has frequently gone above and beyond in answering our queries and advising us of our options.

I have a property to let and it is managed by the personal agent. They are genuinely professional and helpful but Becky Moore, a property manager, is a great manager!! I can’t recommend her enough! She has been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Becky is not only professional but also genuinely kind and lovely to work with. I’m so grateful for her support.

Becky Moore at Personal Agent has been excellent to deal with throughout. She has been consistently responsive, helpful and professional in managing issues relating to my rental properties. Letting or buying a home comes with natural challenges and stresses that need to be overcome. It is unavoidable and inevitable, and I would not look for an agency to remove these from the wake. What I do look for is a partner, who can walk me through the process, think creatively, and who shows genuine care for the outcome that I am looking for. Becky from personal agent is always polite, professional, and approachable, and she consistently stays on top of any issues or requests that come up. Compared to the other property managers I have had, she has been far more organised, responsive, and proactive. It has made a noticeable difference having someone reliable managing the property.
