first time I have used Cake-links, excellent service and fast delivery, would recommend

Very efficient, good quality

I've visited the shop and used the online service. Both have been amazing and I've been able to obtain everything I've wanted. Really friendly in store service and excellent online service. Well packed and prompt delivery. Have just placed another order and will continue to use them.

A swift, well packaged delivery and great prices. Staff very helpful with sorting out my delivery issue. One small niggle, I deliberately ordered 2 packets of 250g sugarpaste and this was substituted for one 500g pack. I ordered the two small packs for a reason (ie I am unlikely to use that much in one go and it won't keep for a time when I need it again). This is my only complaint but I did expect to receive what I have ordered or be contacted to ask if I want a substitute item if this wasn't available. Hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it is intended.

Ordered some Christmas cake decorations and was delighted when they arrived within two days and were exceptionally well packaged. If the anti gravity cake works we will send you a photo.

Never done a wedding cake before, after watching on line demo, felt confident and had a go. No looking back now, thank you so much. I will use you every chance i can.

I placed my order on line and received it very quickly and it was extremely well packaged. Also if note, the cake boxes I ordered were really good quality, better than the ones I usually buy from a different source. In the past I have telephoned the shop to ask some advise on which cutter to use for a particular flower I was making and the best way to approach it and they could not have been more helpful. Would definitely use again.

Ordered the 60th birthday ribbon to go round a cake. It arrived promptly and was very pretty. Unfortunately, I used some sugar water to stick it to the cake and found that it marked the ribbon, I'll know next time!

Great service ordered everything I wanted got free delivery and it all arrived in less than a week. Very happy will use them again.
