Order never arrived. Emailed 3 times. Never responded. Took the money and ran. Scam company - do not order from them.

I do appreciate that Calissa took many effort to ship my products I ordered to Germany. There were many problems while shipping, Calissa team helped me to change another trustworthy shipping company and gave me compensation and even I received weird two packages and they charged me for free. Thank you so much for your kind service!

Excellent service and genuine products from the Emma Hardie range.
I spoke to a lovely lady called Danielle, as I was concerned over one or two negative reviews regarding the legitimacy of the products and the company’s customer care!

After speaking to Danielle, who I found most pleasant and courteous I need not of worried at all.
She reassured me that they only deal directly, with the genuine manufacturers with regards to sourcing their products.

After going ahead and ordering my products from the Emma Hardie range and others, I can honestly say they are genuine and the order came very quickly.

Purchased Emma Hardy Brilliance Facial Oil which I use all the time. One it was in the old packaging so I should have knew something was off. Then the bottle was cheaply made. But the worst thing was I used the product and as soon as put it on I know it was not the product as it smelt nothing like and my face immediately started burning!!! I had to rush to double cleanse to ensure I got it all off quickly.
Be very careful when purchasing skincare from this company as it is not the real thing!!
I should have known by the price.
As a company they should really understand how dangerous it is to sell these products.
I use this product all the time and have never had this issue before. It is usually so calming.

If I could choose 0 star rating I would. I have ordered a product beginning of January, paid extra for shipping to receive the product sooner and to track package. Almost a month later I have not received my package and there are no shipping updates since January 18th. I have been going back and forth with customer service about tracking my package and have received no answers after MULTIPLE conversations with customer service.... At this point, I am contacting customer service to have my money refunded because by this friday it will be past the 30 day return policy - however I never received an item???

I am still waiting for a product ordered in mid June. Calissa was responsive to my concerns and resent another product. I was told it was being resent on July 29th. It is August 24th - almost another month later, and I have yet to receive the first item or the second one. Way, way, way too long, even with a global pandemic.

Update: My product finally arrived a day or 2 later. The first one I ordered never got here at all, but they sent the second and I have it now. Still will be hesitant to order because of the time it takes. Not worth it for me.

My order took over a month to arrive, I am in Australia so just ensure you aren’t in a rush to get your products!

First time using this site, it was a poor customer experience. Ordered item for an eagerly-awaited birthday present on 2 day tracked delivery option. 3 days after placing the order there was still no tracking information and no contact from the company. I telephoned and was told they had not received the item from the supplier and I would be refunded. If I had not called I doubt I would have heard from them. An alternative supplier, on hearing about my disappointment with Calissa, kindly arranged a free next day delivery of the item. This was a day after the recipient’s birthday but very gratefully received. No prizes for guessing who I’ll order from next time.

Good customer service. My first package got lost and they shipped me another one for no charge. They were quick and professional. I would recommend this seller.

The product was excellent and the order shipped fast.

What I ordered and what I received were not the same thing. I ordered Phyto Specific Curl Hydration Shampoo however I received Phyto Rich Hydration Shampoo. I looked back at my invoice and they have “Phyto Specific Curl Hydration Rich Shampoo” of which there has never been such produced.

Packaging could be better. Product looked like it was opened before.

I ordered a denman brush on February with the cheapest shipping method to Canada. Until right now I haven't received my item. I'm just genuinely wondering if it is ever gonna arrive. Landmark's latest record showed it was processed in Bristol on Feb 26 but then no more progress.

UPDATE: David approached me directly via e-mail, I received my order today in a good condition. Might have been delayed due to Covid. Thanks!

I ordered 2 Mason Pearson brushes. from Calissa! I had Free shipping to Switzerland, I received my order within 8 days! I am very happy with packaging, service and especially my product, which is Mason Pearson brushes! They have the BEST price around! I will deffo shop in Calissa.com again! The experience was pleasant and no issues what so ever, as it should be! Thanks David!

Never received the item I ordered.

I used the cheaper method of postage so, unfortunately, there is no way that I can track the package or, indeed, discover if the item was actually sent.

My order came arrived on time and we’ll pack had everything that I order. So would order again from the shop
