Camera Jungle レビュー 

Bought multiple refurbished camera bodies & lenses from Camera Jungle over the last few years. I'm satisfied for the most part - great prices & really fast delivery.

My only gripe would be the lack of quality checks before sending the gear out. Quite a few lenses I received were very dusty & needed a good clean before use. Apart from that great experience, found some real bargains on here.

Think the title about sums it up. If you sell to Camera Jungle they won’t pay you for at least 10 days and then you have to chase them everyday while they promise to raise the issue with the ‘Finance Manager’. Pretty poor as they don’t take your money for sales after 10 days but take payment straight away. (strange that!)

I purchased a Canon (Mint) condition lens. My experience was 100% positive regarding Camera Jungle. Good communication, prompt lens dispatch, which arrived the next day. The lens was exactly in the condition described. I have previously purchased and sold items to Camera Jungle with no issues whatsoever.

Not happy sold a lens was told to,give payment details then it would be made to my bank now it’s 10days later at this time of review and no money I did email was told I had to wait at 10days or more this is disgusting service they have my lens but will not pay me I have sold itemsto mbp in the past and they pay almost same day they give amazing service ,but camera jungle are not a good shop to use

Fantastic transaction, I ordered a lens at 3:30pm and it arrived the next morning, packed well and as described. I would not hesitate in dealing with this company.

Ordered the camera Saturday, received it Monday, along with a charger, battery, strap, cds, instruction manual, some other cables, all in the original box.

I have been waiting for more than 10 days for payment for my equipment and I cannot get hold of them by phone or email. Very communicative up front but have now gone quiet.

I've waited over ten working days for payment for the camera I sold. They haven't replied to my emails, their 0330 number doesn't exist and their 020 number says the office is closed. I can't get hold of them at all to arrange my payment.....

Have they gone bust?

Ten working days for payment?? They don’t mention that on their website. And then laughably tried to claim covid was slowing payments down. I think they are hoping to sell my equipment before paying me. Never again. Appalling business practice.

I purchased a Nikon 80-400mm vr fx af-d f/4.5-5.6 lens and so far I am very happy with my purchase. It comes with a 12 month warranty, which is why I got it. I am happy with the service from Camera Jungle. I have used them before and they have not let me down. I would buy from them again. They pack items very well and delivery is good too. Thank you

Honest online trader. I have purchased various items and they turned out to be what was on the ad. This trader is always the first port of call when purchasing camera gear

camera was broken when received and even though I got a refund I am still out of pocket for the return postage. Used Camera Jungle twice and both times there were quality issues, will not be using again as have not had these issues with other used camera sites.

My second purchase from Camera Jungle. Item was as described and at the best price i found. Prompt service and delivery.
Will definitely use in future.
