As usual camera jungle done a great job of getting the goods here fast item in good condition and will definitely be using them again.

unfortunately the camera purchased from camera jungle developed a fault, under their 12 month guarantee they collected the camera and promptly refunded my money. I have bought from them before and always found them a pleasure to buy from!

I bought a secondhand camera and had to send it back to camera jungle in early 2020, as an error kept showing up on the camera. When my camera was up for sale it was categorised as in excellent condition and cost 1,000. Now I know covid19 has happened... But despite endless emails and requesting a manager call me back _ I have got nowhere with this company. One lady from customer services who emailed me said she would contact the repair shop and get back to me, which she never did. Where's the repair shop..... In outer space. I am beyond disappointed with this company. Customer service is atrocious.

I've been trying to resolve a warranty Claim with Camera Jungle I initially started back on 12th June 2020. Now 28th July. Camera Jungle are now not returning my emails, their phone lines are shut. Awful customer service. I am very disappointed.

I will be unfortunately now having to contact trading standards and financial ombudsman. Brought from CJ based on reviews a few months ago. What went so wrong?

Used camera jungle on several occasions. Kit arrived early and actually in better condition than expected. Some Nikon stock is limited but won't hesitate to order when they have what I need!

Agreed a price to sell my lens to camera jungle, posted it off, couple of days later got confirmation of them receiving it and asked to provide bank details for payment. Over a week later no payment received, having emailed to query I was told it can take up to 10 days, I pointed out their web site quotes 24 hours, then I'm told a lame excuse of payment delayed due to Covid 19, Over 2 weeks later and camera jungle having sold my lens, I still haven't received payment and no idea when I will.

Excellent service. Lens arrived Next Day, well packaged and in excellent condition. Will definitely be using Camera Jungle again.
