Lots of options and great prices
Lots of options and price ranges. I shopped around and they do offer the best prices for the same appliance's other companies are selling. I really loved the free delivery and take away of my broken fridge. Good customer service, not to pushy but available

We had been looking for a fridge for our organization for a long time. It was important for us that it was affordable, without unnecessary features, and most importantly, spacious.
Here we found a fridge that fit all our needs perfectly.
The delivery was also great. Everything arrived on time, and the delivery guys were very polite and careful, so special thanks to them for that.

She wowed me at the care and understanding on exactly what I needed as per having 6 staff and a challenged client and how the less digital the better …..

Sales person is helpful. She listened to what we needed and our concerns. And she suggested a few options for us to consider. Delivery team is very professional. I like the delivery update in which I know how many more stops before my appliances’ arrival.

The delivery driver couldn’t get the…
The delivery driver couldn’t get the fridge through our front door and when asked if he could take the fridge door off the fridge so they could get in comfortably , they refused. Then they took the front storm door off to get it in and left us to put it back up with screws after they had left. Once in they didn’t put the fridge door handles in and said it was our job to do that and left. Once we found the handles there were no screws to attach these handles. We called them multiple times for them to order it which took around 10 days to delivery and another couple of days for them to send someone to install them. We were using the fridge for almost two weeks without handles. We left a few voice mails for the sales representative that sold us the fridge to complain and he never called us or replied to our emails . Really sad about the whole experience and we would not use this company again for any future purchases.

This was by far the most easy appliance…
This was by far the most easy appliance purchase. I researched what I wanted, called Canadian Appliance for their pricing. Although I didn't know the exact model number, the salesperson was happy to look it up and give me a price. They had the appliance available for next day free delivery and that was terrific! Delivery went smooth. The night before the delivery I was given a time frame it was to arrive. You are able to track the delivery, which is very helpful. The delivery guys were efficient, helpful and most of all very pleasant! Canadian appliance does everything right from the initial contact to delivery. I highly recommend them! Thank you to all employees!
