I went to CAS with a few appliances already in mind, but Samantha steered me in a much better direction. We bought the newly released TruArctic fridge (CAS house brand) and have been happy with it so far. Our washer and dryer (Samsung) have also been great.
Delivery was timely, installation was well done. Overall another great experience with CAS Gatineau!

Je ne connaissais pas CAS (Centre canadien d'électroménagers) qui est pourtant situé très près de chez moi à Gatineau. Après avoir fait le tour des autres magasins, j'y suis allée et j'ai acheté une laveuse Maytag. Samantha a répondu à mes questions et même plus. Elle m'a donné de très bons conseils. La livraison a été très rapide et les livreurs ont fait une bonne job. Je recommande très fortement CAS !

Retail reps can't care less about your needs
No surprise to find out they have bad reviews on customer service. They're really not interested in supporting us as customers. All they cared about was the commission. Yes, they have great prices, but ensure you are doing the work of a sales person and don't rely on their support or knowledge. They don't care about your home set up or limitations and will not do the minimum to understand your needs and suggest you the right products. Then it will be on you to fix or adjust whatever didn't work. And with us, it's been two months now and we haven't heard back from their Customer Service, and both retail representatives who 'helped' us in store, also don't reply to emails and can't care less. We work so hard to be able to afford nice appliances, but despite their competitive prices, I will never buy there anymore.

Spectacular service.
To begin with, my sales rep was SPECTACULAR. This was honestly the quickest purchase I've ever made, we told her what we want, the dimensions of the space, and she showed us exactly what we were hoping to see. I think we were in and out of the store in 20 minutes with an appliance on order. I will absolutely be back once my other units need upgrading.

Fridge and stove
Was so surprised went into store and my new fridge and stove was in my kitchen next day, sales lady was very helpful and nice and the two delivery guys set upthe appliances, careful not to scratch anything and were very nice also. But I think the fridge is loud and comes on every hour, I read this is normal but keeping an eye on that
