We know that buying major household appliances can feel like a big commitment, and there’s often a lot of confusion or outdated information online regarding return terms and hidden fees with Canadian Appliance Source.

Based on our recent video update (you can reference the file named "Official Canadian Appliance Source Return Policy 60-Day Returns & ZERO Restocking Fees"), we want to clear the air and lay out our Return Policy as simply and directly as possible so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

The Core Return Terms for Unused Items

- 60-Day Full Refund Window: You have a full 60 days from purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

- $0 Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

- Original Packaging Requirement: To qualify for this standard return, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Process a Return

- Keep Your Packaging (For Standard Returns): If you simply changed your mind, ensure the appliance remains in its original box/packaging.

- Initiate the Return: Reach out to our rCanadian Appliance Source Returns Portal - https://www.canadianappliance.ca/returns or customer Service within the 60-day window (or immediately if your item arrived damaged/defective, Do not plug in or use it) and we shall process your return accordingly.

What If Your Product is Damaged or Defective?

We want to make sure that you are fully aware that if your product arrives damaged or is not working, the standard policy rules above do not apply to you.

If you receive a defective or damaged appliance, you are completely exempt from the standard return restrictions; you have 48 hours from the day of delivery to report any damage or any issue with your appliance on our dedicated online support for returns at https://www.canadianappliance.ca/returns

Some of the finest service we have ever…

Some of the finest service we have ever received. From the moment we walked into the store in Halifax, they are about customer service. They helped us choose and had it delivered in two days. This was not the experience with their competitors. The price was lower and service was better. No brainer!

After reviewing prices for Bosch Dishwashers

After reviewing prices for Bosch dishwashers on line, I called the main store, bought it over the phone and picked it that afternoon. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. For any other appliance purchases, I will definitely be calling Canadian Appliance Source !!!

I had bought from a big box store and…

I had bought from a big box store and they were not able to deliver a washer/dryer until the end of September. I went onto Canadian Appliance Source website and Brian T. an Associate on the chat was very helpful. He gave me a great price and within 20 minutes got back to me and told me they had it in stock and it would be delivered the next day...which it was.....and on time and with no issues....unbelievable. Highly recommend.

It was my first shopping experience here and they exceeded my expectations beyond belief. They went above and beyond from the first time I called. They helped me get exactly what kind of fridge I was looking for and at a great price. Thank you. I will be a repeat customer.

Simply the Best

Great selection and lots of supporting information for appliances. Great service from Christina (Sales) and really competitive prices with enormous flexibility on delivery dates. I'm having a new house built and CAS are the perfect partner, nothing was too much trouble.

Salesperson was well informed and…

Salesperson was well informed and experienced and very helpful in answering all my questions. I was provided with precise costs and timelines. I ordered the product over the phone on a Saturday and it was received on the Monday. Very seamless experience! I will use this company again for sure!

Both appliances arrived damaged and the…

Both appliances arrived damaged and the "white glove delivery" ripped major gouges in our kitchen floor. We were offered $75 compensation for a ruined floor.

The refrigerator door is scratched and the range has large dents in the rear and on the side.

A brutal experience, not recommended by any stretch.

A very good shopping experience with CAS!

The sales representative was great! He fully understood my needs and offered the right products. Then he even took the time to see how he could give me the most discount. He talked about the extended warranty, but he was not pushy. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. A very good shopping experience with CAS!
