Rebecca was an amazing sales person. We plan to buy future appliances, but we want her to be the one to help us. The delivery process was smooth. Great communication and the drivers that came and dropped off the equipment and picked up the old one were polite and respectful.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not buy from this company. Our floor was severely damaged with delivery of our fridge. Canadian Appliance Source And the company they use for deliveries, firsct class appliance delivery .took no responsibility and made no effort to rectify issue. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!
That is a terrible excuse. Yes that is true it was signed. But that is because the delivery drivers positioned the fridge over the damaged floor to hid it until they had left and damage was only discovered after fridge was moved into place. The response you have replied with is a perfect example if what customers can expect when a similar thing happens to them. Thank you for demonstrating your total lack of responsibility and customer care.
