Missing order
I would like to know when I will receive my order. On the website, the order is marked as "COMPLETE," but I haven't received it yet and do not have a tracking number to know where it is.
They were very agile in taking payment on Jun 20, but they did not deliver as promised on June 24th. Today is June 28th and I do have any info.

I tried to post the following review regarding a Heartland Belmont shed that I purchased and they refused to publish it since they say it does not meet their guidelines:

"Poor Customer Service
The shed itself and the building instructions are decent. Some of the 2x3s are very warped but this is to be expected.
The customer service however is very poor. The package arrived with damaged OSB sheets and two siding pieces missing. As per the user manual that has a big stop sign saying to not contact the seller but rather to contact the manufacturer for damaged and missing parts, I went onto the online chat of backyard products. I explained the issue and the person told me that it would take too long to ship parts across the border from the US and that I should buy the parts and they will refund me. Based on this, I searched for ungrooved LP siding and found it at a place about 20km from me, I rented a trailer and picked up a 4x8 sheet of siding and two sheets of 7/16 4x8 sheets of OSB to replace the damaged sheets. I then proceeded to cut the siding to the correct size to replace the two missing panels. After building the shed I reached out through the online chat again regarding the refund and they told me to email the support email address. I did this and told my whole story, and the support person then replied that Rona is responsible for the parts and I should reach out to them. This is after I already purchased the parts, following the advise I was given over the online chat on their website. So now I'm out a little more than a 100 bucks and I lost a weekend in my schedule due to the missing parts."

As of today, I have not got the refund and when I phoned Rona.ca, they said they are very sorry and they are escalating this to another department. I will never order from them again. Their customer service sucks....

Rona Anjou- how to lose sales and antagonize customers
Wanted to purchase few windows, only store with inventory in Anjou. After traveling 26km to the store, the staff refused to sell the items because they were on an upper shelf and nobody could bring them down. I offer to purchase the items and have it delivered, which they refused, same as having the stock transferred to a closer store. Apparently, I have to go to another store and ask that store to transfer... Where is the customer service, where is the great experience advertised? Why be a VIP pro customer? Who's managing the store's staff and train them to not only loose sales but offend and not provide any help to customer? I'm moving my business somewhere else!

Worst place to buy something online! I have never had an issue buying online until now. Bought on June 9 still not shipped by June 15 even though it was in stock online. After deciding to cancel this order it will take at least 48 hours for a reply and not even sure when the refund will be issued. Frustrated with Rona as they should just apply a refund!

I ordered a number of items from Rona
I ordered a number of items from in-store clearance in Cobourg. After a week I contacted Rona by e-mail to find out where my order was. After another couple of days I phone to find out where my order was. I was told an in-store error meant the order was unfulfilled. I was told the agent dealing with my e-mail was on days off and my querry was left hanging. Unacceptable. It would have been faster to go into the store and hunt the items down myself.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the service provided by the manager, Jeremy, at RONA South Windsor.
I have been a loyal customer of this store for over six years, and I have always received good service from other managers and employees. However, my recent experiences with Jeremy have been very disappointing.
When I needed assistance, Jeremy appeared unwilling to help customers directly. Instead of assisting me himself, he called an employee to help while he continued acting busy. I had to wait for assistance, and at no point did he come to ask if I needed help or ensure that my concerns were being addressed.
I have never experienced this level of poor customer service from any other manager at this location. In addition, I have observed behavior that appears disrespectful toward employees, which creates an unprofessional atmosphere.
As a long-time customer, I expect managers to be approachable, helpful, and engaged with both customers and staff. I hope this matter will be reviewed and addressed to improve the customer experience at RONA South Windsor.

Sent it back. No one seems to know where the fridge went so I had to cancel and rebuy after a month of no responses. Now again. ordered on May 7th and no fridge and no update from anyone. Their customer service for online purchases is not reliable. Horrible service. Can't speak to a Manager or higher level. Does not exist

Andrewa and Shiv explained that my cartridge was broken and that I needed to replace it. They explained how to fix it. That was great as I was not sure what the issue was. The also gave me a free replacement Cartridge and a feee screw to mount it. Excellent service from both of them!!!!! Thank-you AAAAA+++++

I have been reading the reviews here and I sure wish I had read them before I purchased something online with Rona brand name that I thought you can trust.
I purchased an item worth $4100 after putting in my name address etc. only find that they had my shipping address and mailing address marked us the same same and they are not the same same so I went in and edited and place the order when the email came in immediately that the order was placed I realized that thereâs no way that they would be able to find my address so I went to press the cancel button however, the cancel button didnât work. I immediately called and I said I want to cancel the order. The person said no problem after I explained that the addresses were incorrect. He said that he would cancel the order and send me an email so I can correct the address addresses and he would re-enter the order into the system. I started to get a very bad feeling and decided just to cancel the order completely, so I called back and all my conversations from that point on were taped by me. I called back again explained that I would want to cancel completely and this was literally within a five minutes. The customer service people cannot ever make a decision and they just say weâre sending it up to the escalation department, but I wasnât getting anywhere and I knew that I was being played at this period at time. The order was placed at 4:29 PM cancelled A few minutes later and cancelled in writing cancelled with several phone calls. I wasnât getting replies the next morning. I called around 10 in the morning again. I was told that it was up in the escalation department and 10 minutes later. I received an email stating I could not cancel the order since it was shipped. I now have a file thatâs almost an inch and a half high. I expect that they will do everything in their power not to return my money. I never did receive the product as I told the trucking company that they would not find my address and if they did, I would refuse the order. As of today, I have no idea where the product is and Iâm not sure if Iâll ever see my money. I have never been so disgusted with a company. Iâve spent hours and hours and I have it all on tape. I expect this will end up in court and Iâll be asking a lot more than my $4000 as Iâm an elderly man and Iâm freaking stressed. I felt today like I would be having a heart attack. I have shopped at Rona stores. And Iâve always found them pleasant however, my advice to anyone thinking of purchasing online and in the event you need to change or cancel the order you are screwed unfortunately at this point, I wouldnât even shop at this rona store. Iâm done with this company, it needs to go out of business.
Oh, by the way, I tried to write this on the wrong site and they refused to put my comments there. That speaks volumes.

Bosch 300 Series purchase and installation
I purchased a Bosch 300 Series dishwasher from RONA online, including delivery, installation, and haul-away of the old unit as part of the package. Delivery arrived on time, but no installer showed up. I later discovered that installation was handled by a separate service, and no one could explain who was responsible for removing the old appliance.
Because customer service was closed on the weekend, I had to wait until Monday to learn that the originally scheduled installer did not service my area. After several follow-up calls, I was told they could not find anyone to install the dishwasherâeven though I live only 19 minutes from the nearest RONA.
The only solution offered was a refund of the installation fee, and I was dismissively told that I could simply return the dishwasher if I was unhappy. The entire process was poorly coordinated, communication was lacking, and customer service was disappointing. I expected much better from RONA.

Through "on line" purchasing from Rona .. on May 28th. With delivery to home by June 2nd. Rona provided a tracking number for Purolator Canada (with a Purolator logo) ... A10852253!
When I tried to track the delivery ... Purolator indicated that it was not one of their tracking numbers and the delivery was not in their system.
A call to Rona was helpful in discovering that Rona had selected a different shipping company (Day Ross) aithout informing me of the change
The delivery date had been changed to no sooner than June 5th.
A deciding factor in ordering the gate through Rona was that delivery would coincide with my fencing contractor (sub trade) ability to install the gate upon completion of the fencing! If I had taken the time to check the Rona online purchasing history and reviews .... I would have bought from a reliable competitor. However, as I am a Rona VIP contractor for decades...... I trusted them!

Called again May 27 to cancel since it still has not been picked up and zero confidence it ever would. Abdul promised it would be canceled and would send email⊠nothing⊠called again May 29. Ahmed said that Abdul never canceled the order but swore on his motherâs grave he would get it cancelled and would send an email. Nothing⊠June 1 still nothing so I finally manage to get ahold of Youssef who again promised to cancel. Shortly afterwards I got email to confirm cancellation but⊠wait for it⊠I then got notice it was picked up by courier 10 days after it was ready on the dock!!!! I called back yet again and told them I was not going to accept the shipment so they better get hold of the shipping company promptly. More promises they would do that. At this point I am out $1215 for two weeks while they play their games. No confidence at all I will get my money back without a fight.
If you try to use the chat feature so you at least have a written record it says no chat agents available (not even an option to wait in line). If you call their support in Asia you get verbal promises and no action.

I am very disappointed with my experience. I ordered an item I needed quickly through Rona online for delivery because I needed it quickly and it was showing the item delivery date for next day. The item was more expensive on Rona than Amazon but I decided to prioritize delivery. My order has been processing for 3 days and when I contacted customer service they told me that the delivery date is an estimate and all deliveries take 5-7 days therefore the « estimate » was not even close to accurate as the next day would never have been possible. When I spoke to CS they said since the label is created, I canât even cancel the order. So now I have no idea when the item I really needed will arrive and I canât even go elsewhere because I canât cancel. Be careful when using RONA
